The Bay Suites - Entertainment Dist

This Airbnb is terrible , don’t ever choose to stay here. The check in process is so complicated and waited for so long, almost an hour. Poor instruction was given late to guests.  On the second night the fire alarm triggered at 1:35am we walked down from the 24 floor to the ground. It took an hour to resolve. We queue up to get the lift to go back our unit. The alarm triggered again and again for no reason the whole night until 4am. We got shocked and worried the whole night unable to have peaceful mind to sleep. This was terrible experience after a long journey flight. It was really exhausting.  We requested to early check out and refund as the premises is not meeting requirement. The owner not even compensate us and not allow to refund. This suck, they don’t care about us and our safety considering the price point. Additionally they did not want to attend to us and said they wanted to send someone up to our unit, but the person they were referring to was a housekeeper. How can a housekeeper resolve this issue??!! Also the billing team was only available after 2pm when we called the concierge even though it was a normal work day. We have high suspicion they are not working and are trying to scam your money. Please don’t stay here. Really bad experience and lousy Airbnb management team

Front desk not very helpful, parking was a nightmare, only 1 elevator working for 50 plus floors of customers, bathroom door didn’t close and was off track, charged some extra fee without any reason why, no onsite customer service, and too many appliances for a small room.
