The room was not really clean. But the checkin process is very complicated. There is no real front desk and I can only make phone calls and send emails to those who can't speak to anyone. A bunch of the same content and requests as scam messages. This includes but is not limited to asking you to take a photo of your ID and some random fraudulent payment links. As long as you pay, you will be ripped off. In addition to check-in and getting the key, the whole process was also very **. You have to go through 2 gates to get your key and there is no signal in the basement car park. I don't recommend living in this place.

we arrived later then we expected due to unforseen circumstances, so the only thing missing from the check in instructions was the code to enter the building on yonge street to access the elevator to get down to the parking garage and retrieve the keys from the lockbox. we had to call the concierge to let us in after proving the other instructions we had to enter.
i would say the parking situation is a bit difficult. i imagine if u were on your own with a car parked inside 2 anndale building, once u put back the key in the lockbox in the yonge street building there is no way to enter back into the 2 anndale parking lot without a fob to retrieve your car.
based on the reviews from others this is the most difficult annoying part of the stay.

Very difficult to get admittance to this apartment location.
The communication and procedures where so difficult we won’t be coming back to this property and have us a bad taste to want to rent our apartment units through these kind of platforms.
