It has a big discount on the app so I booked it. When I checked in, the lady offered me for a change. I regret for not changing and stayed in the basement. Cons-Ichty blanket, Loud sounds of washing machine, someone is working upstairs 24/7 banging the floors even during midnight and dawn I can hear foodsteps working. the bed is pruducing plenty of squicky sounds. I was not able to rest and been restless for 2 nights in there. Its a chaos. But what else I can do.

Advantages: Because I had two pieces of luggage, the landlord arranged for me to stay in a room on the ground floor so that I wouldn't have to climb stairs.
Disadvantages: The heater is not warm enough and there is no hair dryer. Unable to wash hair.
