Really good if you want to be near to places such as China Town or Downtown Toronto. But the place kinda feels like a college dormitory

Toronto is expensive, especially if you don't have a chance to book too far in advance. But I'm afraid I can't recommend this place. I gave 1/5 for amenities, but this should have been 0 because there were no amenities. There was no front desk. The room was a white cube -- they said they'd given me a "really good room," but this just meant that there was construction going on like 9am-7pm every day, like six inches away from my tiny window. The bed was so uncomfortable I felt like I was developing arthritis. Other guests included a guy who showered (in the shared bathroom) for a full hour every morning and evening; a mother-son duo in town for the Rod Stewart concert (who screamed at each other up and down the hallway for 3 hours while getting ready); and countless people sitting on heaps of towels in the hallway either screaming into their phone or watching videos (on speaker phone, naturally). Every door said NO SMOKING OR VAPING (in addition to the crazy number of prohibitions listed on the front door). Still, the entire place reeked like ********* 24/7.
It's nice that my week here cost less than $2,000. Still, if you're on a budget and the weather is good, I would recommend spending your Toronto stay either in a tent pitched in a park, or even in a cardboard box in an alleyway. Either would be preferable to this place.

The hotel is in a great location, near Chinatown, not far from the University of Toronto. It's even closer to Chinatown and the Art Gallery of Ontario, less than a 10-minute walk. While the decor is dated, it's clean and fresh, the staff are friendly, and the rooms have refrigerators. The only downside is that the WiFi wasn't working when we were there, and the air conditioning wasn't very cold in our second-floor room. Fortunately, Toronto temperatures are below 20 degrees Celsius at night, so even without air conditioning, we could open the windows for ventilation.

My room has a small living room, which is very clean and quiet. The waiters are very friendly. I especially like the small window that can see the TV tower. In the past two weeks, I have written more than 20,000 words under this window. I run, write, and relax in the park every day. I feel good. This is the best season in Toronto.

I think this store is very good and convenient. Mr. Xiong's service is super good. He introduced the nearby attractions and snacks. The bath water in the room is very big, which is good. I will visit again next time. The hotel is close to Chinatown, 100 meters away from the University of Toronto, and 700 meters away from the City Hall, so I highly recommend it!
