The hotel is very close to the airport, very convenient. The breakfast is very good. I like American coffee the most. The coffee beans they use are of very good quality. I recommend a cup every morning.

Don't come. The front desk guy has a bad temper and doesn't answer the phone. The hotel is dark and gloomy inside. The location is remote. It takes one or two hours for takeout to be delivered. Slippers and toiletries are not provided. The price is the same as the DT four-star Sheraton Hilton. The facilities and services are terrible. Don't come. Staying in this hotel will be a waste of time.

We booked this hotel based on location close to Toronto International Airport and that there was a shuttle service available. Our flight arrived at 12.30am and no sign of the shuttle. On ringing the hotel we were advised that the shuttle finished at 11.30pm. No where on the website mentioned the hours of operation. An expensive taxi ride later was met at reception by a very unhelpful and surly staff member. A $100.00 bond was put against our credit card in-case of damage to the room. I note that this now been charged to our credit card account, despite leaving the room exactly as we found it. Breakfast, the hot food was cold, coffee was undrinkable and the paper plates and plastic cutlery made eating breakfast difficult.
Our overall experience was poor and will not use this Comfort Inn ever again.

I stayed in the hotel just for a nearby event. The hotel just slept for a while and no facilities were taken care of. This hotel is a relatively ordinary one that provides breakfast in the morning. In North America, breakfast is always provided in hotels, not high-end hotels. Breakfast is also very average North American breakfast, not many choices. The air conditioner in the room is a very old-style one. If you sleep on the bed next to the air conditioner, the air volume will be strong and cold when it is turned on. It would be better to sleep on another bed farther away. But you can't turn down the air conditioner, otherwise the room won't be cold enough. The volume is also quite high when the air conditioner is on. Fortunately, the two of us are not very sensitive to background noise, so it did not affect our sleep. People who are afraid of noise will not be able to do it. Because our room was on the highest floor, the weather was hot and the corridor was very hot. There is also a heating and cooling unit next to the bed in the corridor. Obviously this hotel does not have central air conditioning. Everything was fine, so-so.

I swore off comfort inn motels a couple of years ago, but I was desperate and this one was close to the airport for a fight diversion. They offered a shuttle service which took an hour and a 15 to get to me, 45 minutes longer than the 30 minute wait I was told.
Room was clean, modern and the usual comfort inn smell. Bed and pillows comfortable. Good breakfast, again, not the usual comfort inn fruit loops and bagels
