The price is competitive while the location is near downtown with many sightseeing spots. It just takes 1 minute to the bus stop, and it is very convenient to be anywhere.

I originally thought that the dormitory hotel was inside the university, but the University of Toronto itself has no walls and is completely open, so there is no inexplicable superiority and security of living on campus. I had read the reviews saying that the conditions were very poor, so I had a psychological expectation. In fact, the twin room 5062 is still very good, very large, equivalent to two single rooms combined, with a bed on each side and a cabinet, table, etc. There is a window that can be opened a little bit. The long strip next to the window is probably a ventilation device, and there is wind coming out. The bed frame is small and shallow, and the mattress is relatively thin. There is only one blanket in the closet. 5062 just opens to the public female bathroom, which has about 10 sinks, toilets and showers, and is very clean. The room distribution is very different from traditional Chinese university dormitories. They are not a corridor, but a bit like a beehive. Anyway, it is a very special experience. The international rankings of Tsinghua and Peking University in Canada are comparable to those of Tsinghua and Peking University. T&T Chinatown is relatively close. The check-in time is relatively strict at 3 pm. Because it is not a hotel, things are done a little slower. I asked several times and they said your room is still dirty. But what else do you want for $100?

There is nothing in the room, but you shouldn't expect such a luxurious room for this price. There is a public toilet and bathroom on each floor, which are quite clean. You need a room card to enter the dormitory building and the elevator, and the management seems to be good. It is located inside the University of Toronto, and there is a bus stop next to it, so the transportation is quite convenient. It is suitable for budget travel.

A bit like a university dormitory, clean and spacious, with an elevator, very convenient to the University of Toronto and the nearby Chinese Super League

As a school dormitory converted into a hotel during the summer holidays, it is really good. Convenient, safe, and quite clean and hygienic

We thought it would be fun to go back to where we went, but it was very disappointing. The front desk staff were NOT helpful. Parking is a nightmare. The hallways are depressing. Towels are small and course. The bottom sheet was too small for the bed. Cafeteria and common room were under renovation.

Staff super nice. This place is filthy. No food service open. The only alternative is a kitchen- that residents are supposed to keep clean- without any paper towels, cloths, or soap. The fridges are closed. There are no dishes or pots and pans. Counters and stove are filthy. Showers filthy. Carpet in hallway filthy. Laundry room smelly like mildew. Can’t beleive parents pay for the kids to stay here…. Also someone should call Toronto public health
