I love everything about this hotel. the location is perfect! i saved a lot on transportation cost because i can literally walk from the hotel to almost all the places i wanted to visit.

Comfortable bed, good shower with warm water. Quiet. Great location. Close to underground walkway.

Centrally located, easy check-in/out service, free breakfast, comfortable beds, gym access. The only downsides is that the breakfast gets really busy and that there are only 3 elevators

I had a great time here!! You can get to easy everywhere downtown in Toronto:) I highly recommend staying here!

nice room condition and kindness. but laundry machine not good..t.t our clothes so wet and not dry. other service and breakfast so good.

Had a wonderful stay

The location is easily walkable to our places of interest. Breakfast has a good selection of food items provided. The rooms were great and they have onsite laundry and dryer machines, if required.

Great location to explore the city. The hotel breakfast was a good start to the day, the staff worked hard to keep everything refreshed ready for the next guest. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard.

It's about 10 minutes away from King's Metro Station. It's very convenient to take the streetcar. Lawrence Market is only a 5-minute walk away. There are few breakfast options, and it's very convenient to basically go to attractions.

The service quality is first-class, the attitude is amiable, the problem is handled efficiently, without dragging their feet, they are good at actively communicating with guests, and solve problems cleanly and neatly. Their integrity is respected and admired! They show superb working ability and the guests are very satisfied. Mental outlook and work attitude [OK] The food is delicious and diverse, suitable for the public taste.
