I had a bad experience staying in Woodbine Hotel. I had my reservations and called them several times few weeks ago before my arrival date to confirm my booking and the front desk confirmed my reservations. When I get there And check in the room, again I double check my reservation for 2 nights and requested for the same room as I have my early tour the next day for the entire day and front desk was informed about it. However, when I came back at night from my long day tour, I approached the front desk to get my key and she asked my name to verify and hand over to me the key with the same room number from the first night. I decided to have a dinner first then, after few more hours, I came back to enter my room but key wasn’t working and again I asked the front desk to double check my key and this time, I spoke to a guy in the front desk, I told him I couldn’t be able to enter the room, so he checked and reprogram my key.When I’m about to enter my room only to find out that there’s another guest occupying the room. It was a DOUBLE-CHECK IN. I proceeded to the front desk immediately, and I was really upset and tired from a long trip but he was just telling me it was a MISTAKE. It was 1am and a long tiring day for me so, I didn’t want to argue and didn’t get my room accommodation anymore but requested the manager to call me and email me whenever he comes the next day.Unfortunately, after 3 days until now, I haven’t receive any calls or email from the manager and no action taken. I keep calling the property but still the manager wasn’t around yet, It seems they don’t take the complaint seriously….
