All staff were well trained showing courtesy and hospitality to all guests. Business centre was well used. Further booking was available and done immediately. Breakfast was the best I ever had. The boiled eggs were especially fresh, bouncy and shiny. Super impressed in every aspect of service and product provided. Free shuttle service was provided every hour from 5:30am to 11pm.

The chain store has maintained a stable price-performance ratio. The breakfast is better than expected, and the Colombian coffee provided is delicious. Although I didn't take the shuttle, I could see it. The receptionist at the front desk was enthusiastic and the room was clean, sanitary and comfortable.

Hotel location is very close to the airport. Once we arrived, just need to call the hotel for the shuttle. It arrived in about 10 mins time. Breakfast is quite good as well, it has some hot dishes and even a machine to make waffles.

10 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered to order airport shuttle ( although call made by another shuttle driver, so he was helpful!)
Long wait, unmarked shuttle bus, no help with loading suitcases.
Check in undertaken whilst receptionist on the phone, didn’t complete check in, started assisting other guests, demanded a credit card with no explanation why I had an ‘outstanding balance’ ( as I had prepaid in full- informed once I called that it was a tax: this could have been easily explained at the time!)
Insanely ‘fat’ pillows! I had to try sleeping without as they were so painful on my neck and back.
Room good, but truly unpleasant ‘welcome’ to the hotel!
