Good location, just opposite the Union train station, convenient for travel, you can walk to major attractions, and it is located near the Toronto Underground City, with many restaurants below. The hotel room was just renovated, so there is still some dust during the renovation. The room is small, but new, I like their shower, and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is close to the Union Train Station, which is very convenient. If I come to Toronto again, I will stay here again.

It was a lovely stay, with easy access to Union Station. We arrived from a red-eye flight and allowed us to check in early. Seamless! Room is quite small but it is very comfortable and nothing to complain about. Will stay here again!

Very close to the Union station, easy to find and access. Many food place around. Convenient for walk around not too far from CN tower. For anyone who has to take flight from Billy Bishop Airport, highly recommend. The complementary shuttle bus just front door of the hotel depart every 15-30 minutes..
Amenity is very eco friendly, organics product I think
The housekeeper not clean well when I arrived, still leftover the previous guest garbage in ice bucket, stocking package was left in the drawer and no shower math for the first night

The hotel was an ok distance from Union Station. The Queen room had been renovated nicely. Comfy bed and small bathroom but great shower. No power where kettle is. The in house cafe is just ok, not a lot of variety.

This stay was very good. The transportation was convenient and it was within walking distance of several attractions. The guy at the front desk could speak Chinese and was very friendly. He also told me how to take the bus to the attractions. It was a great stay. I will come again next time.
