The location is very good, and I'm glad I chose it because I can walk anywhere. There was a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood, but it didn't bother me during my stay. They accepted my request for a large room, and it was close to the elevator on a high floor. There were ample amenities, and towels, etc., so it was nice. The building is a little old, but it is clean. There are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, so if you arrive in Toronto in the evening and want to do a little sightseeing at night, or if you want to do a little sightseeing until 2 p.m. on the day of your departure, you can leave your suitcase at the front desk after checking out and go around the area, which was nice.

All was good until there was a false fire alarm and we had to evacuate at 12am and apparently this happened 3 months ago as well according to another guest.

It's not far from Union Station, Lawrence Market, and Old City Hall. There's a big supermarket across the street. Coffee and muffins are provided for breakfast every day.
