Overall - it was ok.
If it wasn’t for the location, we’d be super dissapointed. The rooms are dated, the shower was gross, the balcony was covered in bird poop, the tv remote hardly worked, parking was expensive.
The lobby is always full so check in took a while.

I won't go into detail about the hotel's amenities. I paid a deposit to check out on the 19th, and it still hasn't been refunded. I paid over 8,000 yuan, and customer service keeps delaying the process. If even booking hotels through Ctrip is like this, why use Ctrip? Shouldn't I just use another booking platform or book directly with the hotel? I won't be booking hotels through Ctrip anymore.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Next time someone travels to Toronto, I'll definitely recommend Chelsea! I don't have any photos of the accommodations, but here are just the food I had there.

The hotel didn't have slippers, and even after asking, they refused to give them, and they were even more reluctant. Uh, I asked for a plastic cup, but I got the wrong one. The bathroom wasn't very clean either; the previous guest hadn't cleaned it properly.

The sink drain in the room was clogged and drained very slowly. Aside from its excellent location, the hotel had few other positives. The ground floor lobby resembled a market, parking was 88 Canadian dollars for two nights, and the hotel facilities were generally dated. The hot and cold water indicators in the shower were reversed, a clear mistake.
