This was the first time my friend and I stayed at Stay Inn and we were pleasantly surprised. The entrance looks very nice and clean. Room and linens all very clean. Nice smell in the building. Good breakfast and good service. Would stay agin :)

Really nice hotel with plenty of free parking. It is an excellent alternative to the very expensive hotels in center Toronto. Good breakfast, with a coffee and tea machine available 24h. The rooms were new, with good size. Also very close to Pearson Airport.

Ótima localização como opção para quem deseja aproveitar Toronto sem pagar tão caro como nos hotéis de Toronto. Quanto amplo. Recepção amistosa. Cafeteria sempre disponível. Mas o breakfast é fraco e com poucas opções, mesmo para um breakfast canadense. Refresco ruim e poucos pães.

We and another couple stayed here one night. The hotel had been renovated recently and both our rooms were very nice, bright and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Reception and check out was quick and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and offers a good selection of options, although the dining area is small. There are two floors of rooms and there is no elevator so if you have mobility issues, you would have to request a room on the first floor. The hotel is located minutes from Sherway Gardens shopping mall. Would recommend.

Well maintained property - the staff hustle to get things done - nothing fancy but we weren't booking at the four seasons. Great base location in the West End of Toronto (South Etobicoke). The included buffet breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold choices and extensive array of refreshments.

Easy to locate, easy to access from a couple directions, many restaurants in the area. Hotel room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. Everything worked well. Breakfast area was small but had lots of options, including waffles. They had a couple options for a late check-out and had made notes when I booked, that we might need some additional time. They do have a medical rate for people staying there due to hospital appointments/surgery. The rate was reasonable for the facilities. Staff was friendly, helpful and considerate. Will definitely recommend this business to others. However, they do not have an elevator so be sure to book ground floor if needed.

I liked the shampoo. It was free trade. Stay was undisturbed and professional. Rooms were kept cold. Hallways clean. Housekeeping staff will never loss their heads over unprofessional jackassery. Just a small disconnect in communication from front desk to housekeeping during my stay which was resolved over multiple re-engagements with the management and staff. Professionally handled, without admitting fault and failure towards improvements.
