It should be considered a decent stay. There was a party in the lobby when I checked in. The environment was very noisy. I couldn't hear the other person talking face to face. The housekeeping response was very slow. No one answered the first two calls. After the third call was answered, there was no service for more than an hour. The housekeeping only came after the fourth call. It is said that St. Regis has a butler service, but the butler never showed up during the three days of stay, and there was no phone contact. Everything else was acceptable.

The room was very clean and tidy, the hotel staff was very nice, the hotel red was also nice, the rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view of Toronto's night view, I will stay here next time

The front desk was very nice. We booked a room on short notice and were lucky to be upgraded. The room was very clean and the view from the upper floors was good. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Very good experience. All the staff are very nice. The rooftop restaurant and swimming pool are great. The location is in the core area of downtown Toronto. It is convenient to go everywhere.
