Globalstay. Gorgeous Apartments in the Heart of Toronto

It is a comfortable apartment, with everything needed for a short stay. Its location is excellent. Many spots are in walking distance.

Location is so good, only problem is the bed sheet are not quite clean, when I reported to them there is no process or any other treatment about this

I stayed at a unit in the ICE Condos over a weekend and had a disappointing experience with the condo management. Due to a misunderstanding, I parked in the correct spot number but on the wrong level. Despite providing all vehicle and contact info at check-in, no one contacted me when the issue was first noticed. Instead, the car was ticketed twice by the city and eventually towed—without any prior notice. I was later told that standard procedure is to notify the guest and assign a temporary spot, but that didn’t happen. I ended up paying over $650 in towing, storage, and ticket fees. I emailed multiple times the condo management to explain the situation and seek a resolution, but I never received any reply. I take responsibility for the parking error, but better communication and basic courtesy could have prevented all of this. A very frustrating and disappointing experience during what was meant to be a relaxing weekend.

I would like to have parking included.

Had a great stay. The room was cute and loved having everything provided, including washing machine.

Great location. Well equipped.with towels etc. Needs more cutlery and pots and pans etc. We had 1 spoo for all of us. Lol. Bed was soft for my wife and I. Elevators seem to always be an issue in these buildings. We would rent again.
