Luxury Lakeview Apartments

We contacted the host several days in advance to confirm the check-in procedure, and he assured us that all we needed to do was call him when we were near the apartment. On the day of check-in, we called as instructed, and he said he would meet us downstairs—but he never showed up. He later informed us that we couldn’t check into the apartment we had booked and offered a different one for just one night. This was extremely inconvenient, as we had booked and paid for 10 days in advance. That evening, he demanded additional money to stay in the apartment for the rest 9 days and asked for payment directly to his account without any formal confirmation or receipt. We refused and chose to find another place to stay instead. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

i booked the place for one night. I received a call from the accommodation place on the same day i booked the place to inform me that I would have to share the place with another couple; the bathroom and the kitchen, accept for the bedroom. This was never advertised in the ad. My wife and I was so pissed off. When I asked for a refund they refused. I would not recommend to stay there. I stayed at the novotel hotel that night. They were so nice and accommodation with a holding fee of $100 NOT $400. This was about double to what the night stay was. Read the fine print. Not worth the hazel.
