Dirty place, half roll of toilet paper for 1 week stay. Requesting $25 parking per night while parking available for $7 per night.

This apartment was perfect for my family of 4 while traveling internationally. The property was clean, easy to navigate, and the pool/hot tub/sauna were welcome extra perks at the end of a long day. We felt safe, and it was walkable to dining and shopping, groceries, and even the subway for exploring other areas of the city.

No volvería a hospedarme, no lo recomiendo
El lugar no era lo esperado ya que una habitación no tiene ventana y tampoco puerta, solo una cortina lo separa del comedor. El problema que tuve fue con los administradores. Había leído críticas que se quedaban con el depósito por lo cual revisé la propiedad y notifique que había 3 vasos rotos. Los puse a un costado para evitar que alguien se lastime y me agradecieron el aviso, pero al check out me descontaron 20 usd del depósito para reponer los vasos que encontré rotos! A lo cual respondí el mail con las pruebas, escribí al WhatsApp donde notifiqué y nunca me respondieron , realmente una vergüenza , para mi eso es poco honesto !!

Firstly, this company has no business advertising on *******, what is stated in the property details is not accurate and doesn’t align with what they request after booking. If you are elderly or don’t like dealing with chatbots or strictly remote customer service reps, then don’t consider this place. Don’t consider it either way but especially in that case.
Second, this is the type of property that is contributing to the housing crisis. The company is probably run by some investor bros that are mediocre at best when it comes to investing, hospitality and property management. What you are booking is an apartment within another apartment, so they’ve taken over a floor or maybe just a section of a floor in a condo building.
The building & apartment was shabby. The apartment while mostly clean was shabby, much like the service. The extra linens are stored in a giant, damp, tangled ball in the dryer (you know instead of paying someone to fold and put them away)- an absurd hospitality choice but totally on brand with the rest of the experience. Most light switches aren’t connected to lights and decor looks like they just ran to the dollar store to fill up the space.
No check out instructions are provided in advance, but to put the key in the lockbox. After unnecessary back and forth with a virtual agent, you’ll find that the lockbox is located in the garage, chained to a wall and of course is not labeled as your suite number. Lots of issues not enough characters to elaborate!
