Hotel con stanze decisamente moderne e molto belle. Accappatoi, ciabatte, crema corpo e shampoo sono garantiti in ogni stanza e molto apprezzati. Mi spiace solo far notare l’assenza di insonorizzazione delle stanze: avrei potuto sentire l’intera conversazione al Telefono della mia vicina di stanza ma, per privacy, ho alzato il volume della televisione. Ho notato inoltre la presenza di tapparelle sulle finestre ma nessun pulsante della stanza permetteva di abbassarle e questo ha reso la mia notte difficile a causa della luce che trapassava le tende (oscuranti). Alcune stanze hanno sul terrazzino un’idromassaggio privato, molto grande e bello. Unica pecca è la sua completa esposizione alle camere del piano superiore. Sarebbe carino prevedere un qualcosa, ad esempio una struttura in legno, che dia un minimo di privacy agli ospiti. Aperitivo di benvenuto offerto carino anche se scelta di vino limitata. Inoltre, in un hotel 4 stelle mi sembra un po’ fuori luogo che l’ospite aspetti davanti alla cameriera per poi portarsi l’aperitivo al tavolo (in una mano il bicchiere e nell’altra giusto due stuzzichini). Il personale della reception molto preparato ed accogliente. È stato un piacevole soggiorno nel complesso.

Esperienza positiva, pariamo dalla camera, standard minimale ma confortevole, silenziosa e una doccia molto gradita. La colazione è abbondante e ricca di prodotti di qualità. L'ambiente è rilassante e confortevole. L'unica nota , a mio avviso, poco positiva è il parcheggio a pagamento a 15 euro a notte, anche se fuori a poche decine di metri c'è un parcheggio non a pagamento ma che non è di proprietà dell'Hotel. In definitiva, ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Ottimi i servizi, quali spa e colazione. Staff accogliente, disponibile e molto gentile. Posto dove tornare assolutamente, anche per la posizione centrale e sul lago. Per il soggiorno e il trattamento ricevuto, il prezzo era più che giusto.

Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich, Service ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mehrsprachig. Lage ist zentral an der Hauptstraße gelegen und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße in Torbole - damit eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz - sonst kostet das Parken 15 €. Unser Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet. Mitten im Zimmer stand eine Badewanne zum gemütlichen Baden. Das Bad war geräumig und hatte eine tolle Dusche. Wir haben das angebotene Frühstück genossen und das ausreichende Angebot genutzt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, insb. im Restaurant.
