Excellent staff and service as well in the reception as in the bar/restaurant! We appreciated the cleanliness in the rooms and in all parts of the hotel. Everything feels premium and especially the attentive staff who spread care and comfort for the guests. Andriana in the reception and her hospitality is very representative for the hotel in general.

Eine tolle Terrasse, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und ein in jeder Hinsicht perfekter und freundlicher Service. Für Surfer ein idealer Platz, aber auch für weniger sportliche einfach ideal zum Erholen und Ausspannen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

So wie ich dies beurteilen kann, haben Sie ein tolles Team in Ihrem Hotel. In allen Bereichen Hausdienst, Zimmerservice, Restauration, Surfcenter und Rezeption sind Leute am arbeiten, welche eine hohe Qualität erbringen wollen und dies auch können. "Auf dem Balkon wäre eine Möglichkeit, um den Surfanzug aufhängen zu können, nicht schlecht."

Es war wieder mal sehr schön im Lido. Wir kannten den neuen Wellness Bereich noch gar nicht und waren begeistert. Direkt nach dem Surfen/Biken in die Sauna und dann in den See. Das Frühstück war sehr schön und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber
