Family friendly hotel with friendly staff but flaws in certain basics like food quality and basic dishes are not eexecuted well. Simple omlettes lacked flavour, dry pastries, self service for breakfast (5 star hotel you are paying for). 5 star sell but 3 star promises.

Great hotel and location. Highly recommend to families. Pool area safe. Breakfast great too. A tough walk back up from Torbole if you have a buggy to push, but worth it!

Excellent hotel to stay in this area , food was amazing,generous hospitality, variety of Italian cuisine with lovely staff serving food like they are serving their own family . room was clean with amazing view of lake and surrounding area . Poolside was great, warm clean water , plenty sun-bed area to relax , brilliant view . Hotel located in a popular area , tranquil and quiet area, walking distance to town and hiking paths.

This is a really nice hotel in a very family friendly part of Lake Garda. It is a 10 min walk from Torbole - we took the steps carrying the baby and pram and it was doable. Torbole itself is quite lovely, a few shops, some nice restaurants and beautiful views. We actually walked all the way to Riva Del Garda one day (takes about 45 mins) and Riva is just stunning with lots to see and do and nice parks. You could also take the ferry there in 15 mins. There is a ferry stop right in Torbole. We also went 30 mins on the ferry to Limone and that was wonderful too. The hotel itself is lovely. The pools are great, water slide. There is daycare available here which we used a bit of. The food on an evening was really, really good. The main drawback is that there is basically no evening entertainment for adults - there’s kids only entertainment down in the kids area which adults can’t go to which is such a shame because we wanted to spend time with our daughter and also have the entertainment together. This is the only thing I’d say needs changing. Particular shoutout to Dennis who was a great server.
