Fantastic spa hotel! We were welcomed by lovely and very professional receptionists. The room was upgraded free of charge. We had a bath tub in the bedroom, spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of mountains! Comfy king size bed.The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was lovely, everything was fresh and delicious. There was a free parking behind the hotel and it only took us 10min to walk to town centre. We will be back! Thank you for making our stay very special!

We stayed a week on a b&b basis as part of a Jet2 package holiday. The hotel is 4-star, modern and very convenient for the centre of Torbole - it's also close to the local bus stops and a short walk to the pier for lake steamers. The hotel is maybe not the prettiest from the outside but inside, the public areas and the rooms are attractive, modern and spotlessly clean. There's a terrace, garden and small swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and delicious. Finally, the hotel staff were great - so friendly and helpful. Don't be put off by the hotel's use of the name ”Caravel Bike Hotel” - it's drawing on the big interest in cycling in the area, with loads of bike rental places nearby. The hotel caters very well for non-cyclists too - we would fully recommend it.!

Rooms are acceptable, but nothing fancy. Very nice breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Air conditioning works, but it's limited to 21 degrees C. I was concerned about the security, because they use old fashioned keys and ask that you leave them at the front desk in plain sight. The desk is often unmanned, which means everyone knows that you are out of your room and they can take the key when no one is at the desk! We thought Torbole was ok, but next time we would stay in Riva or Malcesine.

We recently returned from a stay at Hotel Piccolo Mondo in Torbole. I booked only 4 days before arrival so it was very last minute, but I was amazed with how incredibly helpful Cinzia (receptionist) was in answering my queries before we came. I was travelling alone with my 2 sons. Cinzia was exceptional in ensuring we got the right room for us (my son has lots of allergies) and Cinzia was also so helpful in giving advice on how to get to the hotel from Verona airport on public transport. All the staff were lovely, but Cinzia was stand-out and just went above and beyond. The room we had which was on the top floor was very clean and bright and cleaned every day to a high standard which was wonderful and appreciated by us. The corridors to the rooms and stairs however weren't very clean, so this could definitely be improved upon and they could do with a refurbishment/new carpets perhaps. We sadly had 2 nights out of our 4 nights with cold/tepid showers (we showered at around 11pm). I was told it was because of the time we showered that the water wasn't hot (but clearly this is not acceptable for the price paid and just not acceptable in any hotel that you cannot have a hot/warm shower at any time). On the whole we did really enjoy our stay in this wonderful area of Lake Garda and this hotel, and in particular the wonderful Cinzia! She made our stay very special and personal and she is a huge asset to the hotel. Thank you so much Cinzia for making our first trip to Lake Garda so amazing! xxx
