It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart. I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

The room and the courtyard are very nice, and you can park your car for free at the door (limited space). It's about a 6-minute walk from the scenic spot, and the lady at the front desk is very nice and introduced the surrounding environment to us.

The hotel has two buildings very close to each other. There is a parking space at the back, which is very convenient. It is a 10-minute walk from Xizha Scenic Area. The service attitude here is very good and warm. The room is very clean, the facilities and equipment are very useful, and the price is very good. Discount, very cost-effective, I like the environment here very much.

It is only a 3-minute walk from the entrance of Wuzhen West Scenic Area, which is very convenient. The owner kindly reminds you that there are many restaurants on the street where the hotel is located, and the prices are affordable. If you dine in the park, the prices are more expensive. There are also several massage shops and convenience stores nearby. There is an elevator in the hotel. Don't worry about moving luggage. The hotel will also take the initiative to help We booked two rooms, one of which had a double bed. The owner offered to upgrade it to a double bed room for free. The other two elderly people were very happy to stay there. The room is clean and tidy, which makes people feel at ease. In the morning, there is a simple breakfast, including boiled eggs, white porridge with pickled mustard tuber, fried dough sticks, peanuts, yogurt, coffee and tea bags in the room. Every employee in the hotel is very kind. If you need any information or service, the owner will provide it immediately. After 17 years, I revisited Wuzhen and was lucky to meet Weiyuan Villa Holiday B&B. The location of the B&B is very good and convenient for travel. It is very close to the Xizha Scenic Area and it is also very convenient to walk to Dongzha and Nanzha, about 20 minutes. Because I arrived early and the reserved room had not been checked out, I was upgraded to a room with a bathtub. The whole B&B has a sense of design. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. I stayed for two nights and had a very good experience! This time I came mainly for the Chopin Heart Special Exhibition at the Mu Xin Art Museum (the last day of the exhibition on February 5). I will choose this place again when I come to Wuzhen in the future.

Room was as expected, and the staff let us check in early in the morning when we arrived because the room was available. Everything was generally clean, except for some of the out-of-reach spaces. Interesting that they provided disposable bath towels, but that wasn't inconvenient. Lots of small grocery stores and eateries along the same road, so it's convenient to get some food. And while it's geographically near the Xizha, it's still a distance from the entrance of Xizha. It's walkable (around 20min), but a Didi should get you to and fro the hotel quite quickly and affordably.

I can't remember how long I haven't traveled. The epidemic has trapped my body, but it can't trap my heart longing for freedom. This year, I chose Wuzhen as my first stop. I settled in Puchan, a quiet Zen courtyard, quiet and clear, quiet and peaceful, lazy and beautiful. The little surprise is the gentle and graceful proprietress, who takes good care of the tenants and makes me feel unsatisfied... ...The next trip to Wuzhen, I think it will still be Park Chan.

I originally wanted to come to Wucun during the Spring Festival to experience the atmosphere of Wucun, but it was delayed until March. However, this trip was still very good. Every staff member of Wucun was very friendly. They took the initiative to say hello, carry luggage, and help call the shuttle bus. The disposable toilet mat in the room was really praised 👍. There was also a housekeeper to connect before check-in. Here I must give a big thumbs up to our CCO Xiao Zhu 👍. He answered all questions and explained the relevant precautions for our check-in in detail, which saved me a lot of trouble. Wucun also has a lot of activities, which is too much to play. I have stayed in many parent-child hotels, and Wucun is really great. Wucun also has a different style on rainy days in March. When I have time in the future, I will bring my children to experience Wucun in summer, autumn, and winter... Looking forward to our next meeting!

The room is very clean and spacious, and most importantly, it is super pet-friendly!
