Very comfortable the room and the breakfast is delicious and it was only costs 20 rmb. The staff is very friendly. Only the toilet and the bathroom we concern about, only covered with a curtain (low Privacy)

The hotel is in a prime location, just near the West gate (about 1 minute away) and 5-8 minutes walking from the bus station. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated (as seen from its photos). The facilities and equipment are new and modern. The room is clean. The staff is fantastic, invaluable, and supportive. In general, everything feels very cosy and ambient.

Room is as advertised, looks exactly the same. Bed is soft and comfy. Location is right at Wuzhen West Scenery Zone (西栅). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will share tips on how to manage your excursions into the Scenery Zones.

This is a very nice homestay. The owner is super nice and friendly. The owner helped carry stuff to our room, give recommendation for food and special clothes hiring store. She is super warm - also helped to order milk tea as I cannot access delivery! This is a must try homestay. It’s also near the gate to Wuzhen ancient town - easy to buy ticket as foreigner and go

A really lovely and cozy place to stay 😍 a stone throw away from the west gate of wuzhen. Located on a quiet street that’s full of other home stays (not sure if it’s due to non-peak winter period). Owner is friendly and helpful. There’s no lift and he assisted with carrying luggage to upstairs. Homestay designs and decorations, amenities are great. Breakfast is well presented, comfort food. Ordered tea as well as it’s one of their signatures.

Location was good as the hotel is located next to the 西柵. The hotel staff were very friendly and even help me to order coffee for takeaway. Breakfast was good and healthy. The rooms were clean but it would be good if they had taken better consideration.

Great location which is very close to Wuzhen village. Lots of Souvenir shop and restaurants nearby the hotel. The rooms and design are very artistic. The best experience you will get from this hotel just like you came back to your home and the hospitality will touch you.  Most recommended hotel to stay

Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were super attentive, providing exceptional service that made us feel at home. The location is a short 1-min walk to 西栅 entrance. Room was clean and cozy. Highly recommend this hotel for a delightful experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was cozy and comfortable, and although there’s no lift, the staff were more than happy to help carry our luggage. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options to start the day right. Highly recommend for a warm and welcoming stay!

I love the Muji vibes at this homestay. The receptionist (or perhaps the owner) is friendly and helpful. They serve a nice Su-style breakfast as well. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to WuZhen.
