Tongxiang Hotels with Gym

Booked two rooms at Waterside Resort for family of four. We had enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staffs are all helpful and friendly. Wuzhen is very beautiful and as we came at off peak season, got to enjoy photo taking with not much crowd around. Highly recommend Waterside Resort - the hotel with most rooms available within Wuzhen resort. 👍🏼

It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart. I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

Very clean and beds are really comfortable. Had a good sleep here. Not located in the scenic zone hence we need to buy tickets when entering their East and West scenic zones. Can't enjoy the morning scenery but the comfort level is high.

The staff there are all very nice, eg. 小权，小程和花花。Free upgrade to have a better view room. Can call to get a few FOC bottles of water. The room is spacious.My kids like the room so much! The breakfast has a lot of variety and is delicious. Nearby also have Family Mart.

Very comfortable to stay in. Large and beautiful decorated reception area. The staff are friendly and helpful in particular the young and cheer staff Mr. Wing Ma, he is always ever ready in arranging for our transport and recommendations of scenic spots. He recommended a long distance full day trip and arranged the transport with an excellent driver. That trip was so enjoyable and memorable. We heartily rate Wing Ma with a FIVE STAR 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The service was very considerate. Seeing that our 13-year-old child was already 160cm tall, we upgraded to a parent-child room. The room was very large, with two floors and two large beds. The environment outside the hotel was a little worse, but it was quite clean inside. The boss was very considerate and recommended this restaurant at the door, saying that it has been in business for 30 years, with good quality and low prices, and the service was really good. The set meal included a set of Hanfu. The children took photos under the 40℃ scorching sun, but they were super happy. There were many choices of Hanfu and they looked good.

It should be an old five-star hotel with good service, sanitation and environment. The hotel is in a good location, opposite the Tongxiang Botanical Garden and next to the Wuyue Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

If you want to come to Wuzhen but don't want to stay in the scenic area, this hotel is a very good choice. It is cheap and very close to Wuzhen, about 10 minutes by taxi. The room is clean, the environment is good, and it is quiet. They also arranged a room upgrade for me. The hotel facilities are sufficient. There is nothing to complain about. The price-performance ratio is very high

Breakfast: Breakfast is actually very good, fried eggs, corn fritters, hemp balls, spring rolls, steamed buns, hair cakes, milk, soy milk, cola, watermelon, cantaloupe, everything. It’s just that we didn’t have time to taste it in a hurry.

房間基本和照片一樣，店內裝修風格很時尚，簡約又有點小特色，拍照很好看，環境很好，交通便利，離地鐵站很近很方便，有免費停車場，房間很乾凈温馨，房間裏有免費的水和茶包，床睡得很好，床墊舒適，窗簾遮光效果好，酒店比較新，設施設備齊全，有機器人送物足不出户很方便！前台服務態度很好，辦理入住退房手續快，入住體驗感很好！以後有機會還來！很好！
