辦理入住時，女前台掛着臉，眼皮都懶得抬，想看看房間，回答不行，説沒服務員。問退房後，暫時把行李放在前台可以嗎？回答不行。入住後，洗面盆漏水，能濺濕腳面，想想入住時那張冷臉，也就忍了。第二天退房7點退房時，還是入住時的女前台，躺在椅子上睡覺，説退房，一動不動，説把房卡放在枱子就可以了。入住酒店體驗最差的一次。酒店是如佳，房間一些標識是如家，也是暈了。
