特別差，因為家裡長者去世沒有辦法去住，結果民宿老闆特別強硬的態度説就是不行，桐廬印象一下子大打折扣，並且態度極差，賺別人的狠心錢啊，呵呵，噁心人了的，導致整個桐廬都不好哦，家裡是都沒有長者嗎，一點同情心都沒有還説什麼就是不退根據政策來呢那就等着唄

環境非常差，門口馬路是石頭泥粉路，我剛到時，一輛車經過，泥粉滿天飛，房子就普通民房，非常差，感覺衞生也不好，因時間才三點多，就與老闆娘協商退房回家，可老闆娘嘴上講的還好，卻不退房。我是看別的評價説老闆娘怎麼怎麼好，才定的，沒想到實際卻不如意，就當浪費二百多了，大家如果想定房，最好到實地看了再定，免得浪費錢，弄得心情都不好！

#好評#對位置，安全性，梳洗用品，防治蚊蟲措施，房間大小，房內採光滿意；房间干净卫生，老板娘很热心，每天都跟我们聊聊天，给详细介绍游玩的地方，微信问候出去有没有顺利到达景点等，民宿位置离垂云通天河/心跳乐园很近，游玩方便，就在省道边上一条小路过去，交通也方便，下次还来
