Although we only stayed for one evening it was a most pleasurable one. I have very basic Chinese language skills (i.e. None) but the staff were very patient and helpful. It also helped that I had taken a Chinese friend with me for the short break. Check in was swift and only took around 5 minutes considering I needed to provide all my documentation and covid codes etc. Again the staff were great an made us feel very welcome. The room was huge with two almost Double beds, a huge bathroom and giant circular bathtub as well as a shower. The mini bar was well stocked and there was a dressing room as well as robes, slippers etc. After a few minutes settling in we were treated to a gift of fresh fruit which was very much appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well after we returned from an evening out in Tonglu. In the morning the breakfast was typical Chinese buffet and was delicious though we didn't eat too much due to our previous evenings dinner. Even though I was clearly the only Westerner in the Hotel at that point I was made to feel very welcome by every single person I encountered....both staff and guests. I would highly recommend a stay here if you should ever visit Tonglu.

The location is very good, with a panoramic view of the mountains and a quiet environment. The housekeeper service is considerate and thoughtful. The three-bed room is large enough for a family of three. The room is well soundproofed, with air conditioning and floor heating. The facilities are complete. There are fruits, snacks and good night sweet soup every day. The breakfast is a set meal, and you can choose one of the four staple foods. It is very good. It is also convenient to eat near the B&B, and you can take the shuttle bus. Because it is inconvenient to go to the public restaurant for meals with pets, the housekeeper delivers them to the room every morning and evening. Thank you very much.

It is definitely a paradise on earth. The hotel occupies a hilltop and overlooks the entire distant mountain and lake from the terrain. The scenery is superb and unique. It is worth the trip. The hotel hardware is very complete and full of design. The indoor swimming pool and the outdoor infinity pool are all excellent spots to check in. The service is very considerate, from following up on personalized needs before check-in to smooth communication during the stay, which makes people feel at ease. Special thanks to the butler Korey. Your excellent service and careful care make our whole family very grateful 🙏 We must come back and return to this unforgettable Conrad Hotel.

I will say this hotel is so Amazing, with s special wooden design on the wall of rooms corridor. I will recommend this hotel for couples ❤️ the surrounding environment very cozy breakfast really nice with the mango 🥭 juice 😌. Price also very reasonable and cheap compared to the luxury inside. Rooms also very big. Good for chilling with some two or more friends. When ever you arrive there never forget to ask for ‘Elaine lan ´she speaks really well English and always ready to assist you with any difficulties, very respectful and polite.

I chose this place when I came to Tonglu for tourism. I arrived at noon on Monday. I asked the front desk in advance and they let me check in early. The fruits redeemed for points are dried longan and dried lychee. Late check-out until 2 pm Ctrip members upgraded to a balcony room, where you can see the artificial lake from the balcony. The room is also large and has a bathtub. The service is very good: earplugs, bathtub covers, and mosquito coils are all provided. Transportation: It is very close to Daqishan and Tonglu Station by taxi. Disadvantages: I had breakfast on weekdays, and there were few varieties. I saw other platforms selling breakfast coupons for 28 yuan, and the content should be imaginable.

Staying at Hampton by Hilton Tonglu is a pleasant experience. The front desk, rooms and breakfast are all excellent. The hotel staff are very friendly but not overly enthusiastic. It is obvious that they have been professionally trained! The handsome men and beautiful women are all good at service. I can't remember their names, but I remember Hampton by Hilton Tonglu and the beautiful Fuchun River. The service industry is the business card of the city. Because of your high-quality service, we fell in love with this city. Thank you again for your hard work!

The room is really nice, and the terrace is full of peach blossoms, so romantic! The mood is good and it is a good place to escape from the world. It was like we had a visit to Peach Blossom Spring. The environment is very good, and the sound insulation is good at night. Very quiet. The surrounding environment is very photogenic, and each season has its own characteristics. We took pictures of the stream and thatch, as well as the 🌸 peach blossoms in full bloom on the terrace! A definite blockbuster! There are quite a lot of varieties for breakfast. It is served in another building with seating both indoors and outdoors. There are quite a lot of guests coming. Maybe everyone comes here for its advantages. We came all the way from Hangzhou on the weekend! I think it’s worth it! The mood is liberated. Next time I plan to start the summer vacation 🔛, I will bring my kids here and stay for a few days! one

This hotel is unexpectedly satisfying! I was only going to stay for one day, but after checking in and seeing the room, I decided to stay for another night. The front desk lady was warm and thoughtful, and gave us a free upgrade to a 270 river view king room. The front of the room faces the beautiful scenery of Fuchun River, and the view is invincible! The room facilities are all intelligent, which is great, and the operation is also easy. There is also a TV in the suite, which is a thumbs up! The room butler Shao Aiqing not only cleaned the room and provided very considerate services, but also sent fruit and sugar water on the day of check-in. I didn’t expect that warm and delicious sugar water and fruit were also sent the night before check-out, which was very heartwarming! The beautiful front desk lady Elina added WeChat and carefully informed the hotel of nearby attractions and hotel facilities and services. The most unexpected thing was that she also thoughtfully did a free external cleaning for our car. I have stayed in so many international brand hotels and have never enjoyed this service. What I want to say is that this private five-star hotel is really not inferior to the domestic first-line brand five-star hotels in terms of hardware and software. We just stayed in Hangzhou Xizi Hotel for three nights. We have stayed in Hangzhou State Guesthouse and Liuyingli before. Compared with them, except for the lack of courtyard, some other aspects are better than them. The breakfast is also great. Although the restaurant is not very big, it has many varieties, such as steamed oysters, stewed soup, fresh wontons, and fresh fried squid, which are hard to see in other big hotels. What is impressive is that the restaurant waiters are very warm and thoughtful. The supervisors of the restaurant are in place during breakfast time, carefully supervising every meal item. There are also many waiters, who clean the dining table in time, change the dishes and add food, which makes people feel the hotel management's attentiveness in every detail. If there is any shortcoming, it is that the stains on the carpet in the room are not cleaned up, which affects the overall comfort of the room. It needs to be treated with a powerful detergent. I will choose to stay here next time if I have the chance.
