服務很好，早餐也不錯，性價比很高。屋內比較潮濕，但好像這邊都這樣。剛開始入住屋內煙味非常大，酒店安排了保潔除味，後來我們開着空調窗户通風了很久，就好多了，服務態度都很不錯，酒店設施略微陳舊。

維也納這個是我每月去銅陵必須去住的地方，服務環境都喜歡。唯一就是一個前台女的服務很差。眼神舉止都帶着不尊重客户。我帶團隊多，學心理學的把她看的透透的。投訴過經理沒有重視，這次打電話聽出來她的聲音，她也知道是我服務極其差，故意為難。已經嚴重影響到我的心情和身心健康了。她明知道是我，我問她貴姓就是不説。如果不做虧心事的人不會不説。這個事情我要去銅陵回找你們。一個老鼠屎壞了一鍋湯

來銅陵遊玩了幾天，住的這家酒店很乾凈，很周到，前台服務人員能及時解決問題。早餐品類還算豐盛，前台每天都提供免費的茶水小食和日常用品，這一點很棒

暑假來銅陵遊玩，入住的這家維也納酒店，給我的印象最深刻的是淋浴房特別的乾淨，玻璃門上一點水漬都沒有，早餐也非常好，服務員很熱情，非常棒。
