When we arrived at this hotel, the front desk staff greeted us very warmly and checked in quickly. Although the check-in process was smooth, as soon as we entered the room, we found some areas that needed improvement. First of all, the TV cable in the room looks quite old and the wire is badly worn, which not only affects the appearance but also raises concerns about safety when using it. We hope that the hotel will replace these old wires as soon as possible to ensure the safety of guests' use and enhance the stay experience. In addition, although the hotel's service attitude is very good, there is still room for improvement in takeaway service. We were told that if you need to order takeaway, you must go downstairs to the front desk to pick it up. While this is not a big problem for us, it may cause some inconvenience for guests who wish to enjoy convenient services in their rooms. We suggest that hotels may consider setting up a dedicated takeaway reception point or offering food delivery to the room, which can better meet the needs of guests. We were a little surprised to note that there was no non-smoking sign in the room as regards the room facilities. In fact, in the room next door we were staying, we witnessed a room employee smoking in the room. This behavior not only violates the non-smoking rules of most hotels, but can also have an impact on the health of other guests, especially those who are sensitive to smoke. We therefore strongly recommend that the hotel clearly label the non-smoking rule in each room and take steps to ensure that this rule is adhered to to maintain the health and comfort of all guests.
