No recomiendo este hotel,de todo lo que ofrecen muy pocas cosas son ciertas.En las habitaciones no hay Wifi,mi cuarto con mucha humedad,la puerta del baño no cierra,no hay mesas de noche,la toallas en mal estado,la parte de afuera muy descuidada falta de pintura etc El primer día llego a mi habitación a las 6pm y no la habían arreglado,muy decepcionante mis días de vacaciones

El hotel es un lugar sencillo, muy sencillo, con algunas dificultades locativas que pueden incomodar si tienes expectativas altas. Los empleados del hotel son muy atentos, atendieron todas las solicitudes que se les hicieron en cuanto a la acomodación y problemas que se presentaron en relación a los servicios de alojamiento. La comida es buena, con alimentación completa, esta estuvo variada, estuvimos 7 noches, y todos los días se presentaban diferentes opciones, me gustó. La playa es muy reducida, las piscinas tienen mal mantenimiento. Es un hotel de excursión. No cuenta con vigilancia, por lo que las personas que están allá, si son desadaptadas, pueden hacer lo que les da la gana sin control, el exceso de ruido, los borrachos y el mal comportamiento de estos es molesto. Si deseas un hotel para descansar y estar en familia, este NO es el hotel.

Hotel muy abandonado. Piscina muy sucia, en 4 días no le hicieron mantenimiento siendo temporada alta (continuamente bolas de pelos te pasaban por el lado). Baños en mal estado, muy deteriorados y manchados. La playa es muy pequeña y no limpian las sillas y camastros. Lo único que puedo rescatar es la comida.

Habitaciones muy basicas , una mesa de niche vieja , aire acondicionado ruidoso, aseo pesimo solo entran a doblar las sabanas ,y dejan las toallas que son pequeñas como para el cabello y pretenden q con eso uno se seque cuerpo y cabello ,fui con mi esposo y nos dieron solo fos oedasos de toalla, y las de playa, el adm se nego a dar mas tiallas, la piscina tenia adentro,popo o vomito y duro dos dias asi pese a informar, el aseo general es pesimo, solo resalto la buena atención en el restaurante y excelente comida , lo demas aseo muy decadente ,

Estuve de visita en el hotel y lamentablemente vi como en constante ocasiones los animales que rondan la playa recibían maltrato por parte del personal del hotel especialmente del Señor Omar, quien no entiende que estamos en una sociedad donde el maltrato hacia una persona o un animal debe ser nulo y menos ante los ojos de un huésped, fue en repetidas ocasiones y al llamarle la atención quiso enfrentarse hacia uno de nosotros. Me parece lo peor que una cadena de hoteles como está no sensibilice a sus trabajadores sobre el comportamiento que debe tener y más aún hacia los huéspedes POR ESTE MOTIVO NO RECOMIENDO EL HOTEL. Esta super mal que estés en un lugar donde los trabajadores se atrevan a enfrentarse a ti.

Cucarachas en la habitacion, Paredes en mal estado, cabeceros de las camas se caen, ademas de que permiten gente con bafles hasta altas horas de la noche en el patio, playa muy pequeña no como aparece en la foto. terminamos comiendo en un restaurante cercano que se llama el poblado, nos vendieron una picada para una persona al otro dia pedimos una para dos y vendieron la misma pero mas cara.. Malo el lugar CONSIGUE OTRO HOTEL
