Hemos estado en el hotel Sol (no confundir con el hostal) y en cuanto a calidad corresponde a la categoría que tiene en tamaño de habitaciones y servicios que tiene. La limpieza es justa, pero no está sucio. De sábanas y toallas, solo decir que la de lavabo, de antigüedad ya tenía algunas manchas de las que no salen y que el hotel debería haber desechado. Por la ubicación, una ventaja que tiene es el parking que, si les quedan plazas te despreocupas. No es cómodo para entrar y salir por el tipo de edificio y la ubicación, así que hay que maniobrar con cuidado, pero el recepcionista ayudó amablemente con indicaciones para colocarlo en su sitio. Respecto al precio, bajo mi punto de vista fue elevado seguro que por aprovechar que ese fin de semana hay un festival de música al que acudíamos y aprovechan para tener un precio que no corresponde al servicio que se ofrece.

No he llegado a ir a este hotel pero viendo lo visto mejor no ir. No vimos que no admiten animales durante la reserva y llamamos 10 minutos después para cancelar y no fue posible. 60€ tirados a la basura. No se nos dio ninguna solución alternativa, intenté hacer entender a la persona de la recepción que había sido un error y nada, todo altanería y malas palabras. Es la primera reseña negativa que escribo desde que uso Google pero desde luego está más que merecida, trato deleznable.

Hotel en el centro de Toledo. La ubicación es lo mejor de este hotel en el que pasamos una sola noche. Tampoco es que se pueda pedir mucho a este hotel/hostal. La atención del personal es bastante buena preocupándose por la comodidad del cliente. Datos negativos? Pues la verdad que íbamos 3 y la cama supletoria bastante deficiente y sabanas sucias, el resto bastante pasable. No se le puede pedir mucho más a un hotel en una localización muy correcta. Calidad precio correcto. Perfecto para pasar una noche y hacer turismo en una ciudad brutal

Un sitio muy acogedor, tiene un hall muy original con un sillón muy cool y una armadura, teníamos reserva para el hostal pero por un problemilla con la habitación al final nos dieron una habitación en el hotel, sin ningún cargo. Tiene aire acondicionado, limpito, camas muy cómodas, muy bonito. Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables, les preguntamos cómo coger el transporte hasta Puy du Fou, el cual tienes que contratar previamente al menos un día antes o ir en taxi (45€ aprox ida y vuelta), nos informaron un poco y después nos hicieron el favor de guardarnos nuestra mochila. Bien situado muy céntrico, bares cerca. Recomendable!!

Si quieres descansar, aquí no te quedes. Se oyen todos los ruidos exteriores e interiores. Parece que no hubieran ventanas de lo claro que se oye todo. Desde el primer día las limpiadoras escandalosas chillan en ves de hablar, las tuberías del agua de otra habitación, el caminar y hablar de la gente de la calle. Se lo dijimos al hotel desde el momento que escuchamos a las limpiadores que si por la mañana iban a estar así? Y fue lo de menos por que durante todo el día era imposible dormir bien. Como no nos devolvían el dinero si nos íbamos, decidimos que descansar era prioritario y nos fuimos a otro aún faltando dos noches.

El hotel está bien sobre todo la ubicación es buenísima El problema que tiene es que la habitación que nos tocó olía a desagüe Por la noche no hay nadie en recepción y cualquier pequeña incidencia no la solucionas hasta el día siguiente. Si es algo urgente hay un teléfono para llamar El personal de recepción y limpieza muy agradables

Cancelan nuestra reserva NO REEMBOLSABLE realizada en agosto a una semana de ir al alojamiento, por error en el precio que ellos mismos pusieron e introdujeron en nuestra reserva, en 2 ocasiones han contactado con nosotros y ningún comentario respecto al precio. No se hacen cargo de su error.
