The hotel location is very convenient and there are many good restaurants nearby.  We suffered from serious flight delay when arriving but the hotel reception was very helpful and replied us by email that we could check-in even after midnight.  They provided ucc drip coffee and other amenities like tooth brushes, bath towel, cotton sticks, etc.  and there are 7-11, family mart, Lawson, etc nearby.  It’s in a walking distance to Japan Bridge so we can walk to the department stores there.  Overall speaking, it’s a very convenient and tidy hotel with helpful and polite staff, all speaking fluent English.

Easy to get to. If travelling with luggage, take the exit A6 and A3 at Ningyocho Station (though check beforehand on google) for lifts unless you prefer a good workout. Close to malls and shopping, with two lines to town. There are plenty of convenience stores around and you’ll have a choice of all the major brands with no worries. Helped that there was a Halal burger joint nearby for my Iftar. There’s a luggage lift from the top of the stairs going down to the reception so you won’t have to lug it down. Going up though required manual operations when I checked out and the front office kindly helped me get my bag up. Room was small as with most other hotels I have stayed in, in Tokyo, but had everything I needed. Would have been a little uncomfortable if there were two people though. Hotel provides a buffet table of toileteries. Also just ask for free use of irons (clothes, hair) and other amenities listed. You’ll just need to pick it up at the concierge. Free ice cream also was a nice touch.. All round very comfortable stay.

Because there is no washing machine in the hotel. So it takes ten minutes to walk to the coin laundry. The room is cleaned only once a week. The extra cleaning will cost 1100 yen.And will not clean the used tableware. There are knives, forks and plates in the room.It won't be replaced after spending money on cleaning. It's nice to have a balcony. I feel that there are a few staff in this hotel. It seems that the person who cleans the room will decide according to the sex of the guests. But I feel that they are in a hurry to clean up. There are no restaurants or shopping malls near the hotel. You have to take a bus to find restaurants and shopping malls. The hotel is close to the subway, and it takes 3 minutes to walk. Although the hotel can send luggage to the airport,But not as fast as 711.7-eleven can send luggage. It's too hot in the elevator

The hotel was spacious and comfortable, with excellent cleanliness and upkeep. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the small touches—like the manga/comics available to read in the lobby and the free drinks machine, which made our stay even more convenient. We also used the airporter service to send and receive our luggage, and the hotel handled everything flawlessly. No hassle at all! Highly recommend for a stress-free stay.

Includes simple breakfast English communication at the counter is easy Room cleaning was done well Toilet 0 moldy Cleaning service provided daily If it hangs Do Not Clean We will also hang the spare parts on the door for you. 24-hour counter where luggage can be stored Laundry is cheap The surrounding environment is very convenient Located in a quiet area with no traffic noise at night and good sleep There is a large 7-11 store within 1 minute walk To the north are Higashi-Nihonbashi, Asakusa Bridge, Asakusa, and Ueno To the west, it is very close to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. Very convenient if you like running! Half of the surrounding area is high-end and exquisite commercial and office buildings. The store closes early But the life circle is very safe Very suitable for girls to self-help There are many beautiful machi-style buildings There are many cafes, high-end restaurants and department stores. If you head towards Ningyocho, you will get a sense of traditional life. The store opens late at night and is very lively Close to many subway stations But the location is a little far from the station But it’s convenient to walk It's a pity that the direct bus to the airport has many stops at each station. And it’s easy to take the wrong bus There is no direct express train like Ueno or Asakusa Not suitable for completely emptying your head😆 Hibiya, Tozai Line: Kayabacho Station ➡️5 minutes walk Hanzomon Line: Suitengu Station ➡️5 minutes walk Hibiya Line, Asakusa Line: Ningyocho Station ➡️7 minutes walk Tozai Line, Asakusa Line, Ginza Line: Nihombashi Station (Tokyo) ➡️10 minutes walk Keiyo Line, Hibiya Line: Hatchobori Station (Tokyo) ➡️12 minutes walk

Good location, nearby commercial and biz buildings, Tokyo station (which is accessible to multiple JR and metro lines) and Kobayashi Station (Ginza Line). There are a number of good food outlets nearby, worth to walk around. Hotel Amenities are good except the room pillow (very grainy and hard). One pax only can select 1 pillow from their pillow selection near the reception, but not the regular “western” fluffy hotel pillow. Free drink and cocktail at lobby in the evening. Public bath available too! Coin Laundry available at 300yen and dryer is for free. They do segregate ladies and men level for public amenities. Thumbs up! But a guy came down to the ladies level to use the dryer (all the ladies were staring down at him, but he seems oblivious or pretend not to care). It was raining during the period of my stay. The reception was able to loan out umbrella! Great service! Room was small but sufficient for 1 pax. It’s Japan, I adapt. All in all, great place to stay in. Will definitely be back in the future!
