Staff were not the most helpful This is the first hotel experience during my 16 day trip to Japan, changed over 4 hotels across I do luggage delivery most of the time during the change and the reception would have my bags loaded into the room after I check in When I check in at Royal Park Ginza 6-Chrome hotel, I was filled with 4-5 bags, they actually rolled out of the counter and pass it to me and handed me the keys Without even assisting me to press for the lift nor help me load it up into the room (disappointing) Overall, location is good as it’s Ginza Opposite there is Lawson Nearer to Higashi-Ginza station, about 4-5 mins walk As it’s a new hotel; it’s clean Washer and dryer available at B1 at a small fee

Perfect Location!!! The room were comfortable, especially the bathroom, I love the Bath Tub 👍🏻Cleanliness !!! Don’t forget to enjoy the Public Bath on 2nd floor. Hotels provided Good quality complimentary water bottles 💧 If you feel tired in a Full Day Schedule, please book the restaurant at 2nd floor - SHARI. After a Big dinner, you can enjoy the Hot Bath. I highly recommend Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza - Gochom for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

Checking into hotel was easy. Staff was helpful. Language wise still able to communicate with English. Lobby staff was attentive and will press the lift when I'm walking to that direction. I had informed the staff that I will need a late check out and was informed that they will only allow up to 12.30pm (normal check out time is 12pm). But during check out day, the staff had called to my room and informed me that check out time is past 12pm. And the words they used are not professional. Telling me that if I did not check out before 12.30pm, they will charge extra as per night. They will need to improve on this.

The hotel is magnificent, with the luxury of the last century. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. After staying, you will feel the attentive service everywhere. Problems are dealing quickly and efficiently. If you sit near the window in the restaurant on the 17th floor, you can enjoy the view of Hibiya Park and the garden of Imperial Palace. Ginza is also within easy walking distance and Takarazuka Theatre is nearby. When you need a taxi, there is always one waiting to serve you. If you need to buy gifts, the underground level has everything.

wifi does not work in my room tokyo tower view is nice but not worth the price bad breakast nice things: staff is accommodating, room/other facility is pretty good, complementary drink in room a decent chunk are foreigner at the hotel and some staff can speak English conclude: not worth it for solo traveler and not worth the money. I also stay at The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Shiodome nearby and feel it worth more

- Hotel condition is new - 7-10min walking distance to anywhere within Ginza - Front Desk / Concierge were not willing to spend time to make Dining Reservations for guests even they were not busy - Housekeeping service was inconsistent, requested to change bedding daily, but at the end, the bedding was not changed every other day neither

Facilities: Because it is a new hotel, the facilities are good. The only regret is that the water volume of the shower is a bit small. Hygiene: Very good! Environment: Because the hotel is between 1-chome and 2-chome in Ginza, shopping is very convenient. There is a famous stationery store opposite the hotel. Service: Absolutely good! From the front desk to the room to the restaurant, everyone is very warm and sincere. The breakfast is especially great!

The location of this hotel is great if your trip is mostly about shopping in Ginza! However I do not like the facility at all, the design of the room layout is fashionable, even though I personally do not get the purple light, but really it can better use the space to improve the living condition. you don’t even have a convenient place for cups, and there is no platform around the basin! other than this, I think generally the staffs are friendly.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Gracery Ginza in Tokyo and had a delightful experience. I booked two rooms: a double and a triple. While the double room was indeed very small, this was the only drawback of an otherwise excellent stay. The rooms were reasonably clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers a cosy lounge in the lobby where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and juice, which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. Best of all, the hotel provides ice, warm and cold water, and vending machines on every floor, adding to the convenience and comfort of the stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very well connected with many different train lines. All the train stations are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo. Situated right in the middle of Ginza, the hotel is surrounded by a plethora of shopping options, from luxury brands to popular street brands and local favourites like Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. Don Don Donki, a popular store, is open until 4am, which is perfect for late-night shopping. Additionally, on weekends, the main road in Ginza is closed to vehicles, allowing pedestrians to enjoy a leisurely stroll. Overall, despite the small size of the double room, I highly recommend Hotel Gracery Ginza for its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities. It made our stay in Tokyo truly enjoyable.

A perfect stay! The room was incredibly comfortable and had an amazing view of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby.
