The location is incredibly convenient. For this trip, I relied on a mix of taxis and public transport. Higashi-Ginza Station is a super convenient 2-minute walk downstairs, and Ginza Station is just 5 minutes away, offering fantastic access to all parts of the city. There's also a convenience store directly across the street.
It was perfect for daily shopping in Ginza. Even returning to the hotel past midnight felt very safe, thanks to its location on a main road, which offered great peace of mind.
A minor downside was the lack of skincare products, and the toothbrush provided was quite stiff. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the public bath due to my tattoos, so I missed out on that experience.
Overall, everything was excellent. The front desk staff, both younger and older ladies, were all incredibly kind and could communicate in English, Japanese, and Chinese. Their attitude was wonderful, and the service was very warm and enthusiastic. They even complimented my neck pillow, saying it was cute, haha.
I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo! Highly recommended! 👍🏼💯

The hotel has a classic, old-money vibe. During the off-season, the rates are quite reasonable, and all the amenities are excellent. However, there's one crucial thing to be aware of: during check-in, the front desk will ask if you prefer the main building or the tall building, even if you've already booked the latter. Unknowing guests might assume they have a choice. If you opt for the main building, you'll likely have to pay an additional fee (some online reviewers even reported being charged an extra ¥100,000), but the staff won't volunteer this information unless you specifically ask. Therefore, if you've only booked the most affordable room in the tall building, like I did, it's best not to agree to an 'upgrade.'
Overall, the service was quite good. Since there's a connecting passage between the tall building and the main building, which might be tricky for first-time visitors to navigate, someone will escort you to your room. This was a nice touch.

Great option hotel in Tokio. The hotel is really clean plus their amenities/toiletries are very convenient and well chosen. Room was clean, and enough for 2 nights.
Located in Ginza, with plenty of food options and overall stores.
Service is really kind, people is helpful. Always a happy face.
You need to walk a little to the get to the metro stations nearby.

The best hotel I’ve stayed so far in Tokyo. Ginza is my most favorite district in Tokyo, and knowing Ginza as a luxury place, it is surprising to be at a 4-star hotel that doesn’t break the bank. I love the location that it is near to everything that you need - train station, Don Quijote, konbini, pharmacy, malls. The cherry on top - the great view of the skyscrapers of Tokyo, especially the Tokyo tower from a distance. I like how the room is designed to have a great view of the skyscrapers as well aside from the lobby. The room was quite small, but I do understand due to the limited spaces and such in Japan. Even though the room is small, I’d still give it a 5/5 due to the overall cleanliness, view, amneties, elegance and luxurious vibe that doesn’t need to be expensive, great toilet and bath as special mention. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. Their simple greetings and smiles are more than enough to make you feel welcome and brighten up your day/night. If I would go back to Tokyo in the next couple of months, I will definitely book again on this hotel, as this is the gem I’ve found.
If the management will allow, I would like to have a special mention to Sue (I’m not sure if the spelling is correct). She is very attentive to me and helped me ensure that me and my dad’s luggage are secured, and of course when it was time for me to get the luggage. She is polite and made me felt warm with the little and quick side conversation we had. Hope to see Sue again when I come back. It is nice to meet her, and hopefully may keep in touch.
Thank you management team for always keeping your guests welcome and at home.

I booked this hotel due to location near Ginza station. So, location was good and hotel was quite nice and cleaned. New design and nice spa.
However, the services compare with brand hotels are too bad.
1. Very stricted Check-in and Check-out time. You need to pay single of hours for both. I would rather choose brand hotel and get services next time.
2. No house keeping after 2PM. Never heard about this in my life. I took a rest and wend out afternoon and requested cleaning first time of my 3 nights. But they said only available before 2PM. Then what if customer want to take a rest till late?
So, the hotel was new and clean. But... services not good and not friendly even.

The comfort was exceptional, and for Tokyo, the value for money is truly unbeatable considering the room size, location, and price point. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and were helpful with the self-service check-in/out machines. While basic amenities are provided in the room, additional items can be picked up freely from the lobby. I accidentally left an item behind and contacted the hotel via email. They responded within a day but explained they could only ship domestically within Japan. Consequently, they handed my item over to the local police, and I'll need to collect it personally when I return.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Ginza, making it convenient to get anywhere. Subway stations are just a short walk in every direction. I stayed at this hotel for my entire three-day trip to Tokyo. The rooms are admittedly quite small; it would be impossible to open two suitcases simultaneously. However, that's often the case with Japanese hotels, and for this price and location, it's already quite good. The hotel building is quite tall, but the lobby and check-in area aren't particularly spacious. There's a restaurant downstairs, but I didn't try it, as there were countless delicious eateries in the vicinity. Daily housekeeping was provided, and the service was good overall.

I stayed here for four nights. The biggest plus is the hotel's convenient location, with Higashi-Ginza, Shimbashi, and Ginza stations all very close, making it ideal for shoppers. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart, and a Don Quijote (Donki) is just a short walk away, perfect for those looking to shop even after department stores close.
However, the room was incredibly small. With two 28-inch suitcases, we could only manage to open one at a time, with the other having to remain closed and upright. On top of that, our room was right next to the elevator. I couldn't help but notice that all the other quieter rooms on the same floor seemed to be occupied by Japanese and ********* guests.

During our stay at B Hotel and had the pleasure of being assisted by Bishal during both our check-in and check-out. He is truly one of the best people we have met at a hotel reception. Bishal was extremely kind, understanding, and supportive with all our requests. He guided us with useful information about new locations and made us feel genuinely welcomed. His professionalism and positive attitude stood out, and we sincerely wish his work schedule had matched our stay, as he made a real difference.
Unfortunately, when Bishal was not on duty, we faced several challenges with the housekeeping staff. The service was consistently poor — the room was not dusted daily, and we had to repeatedly go down to reception to request basic housekeeping. The staff often seemed unwilling to assist, making faces as though they didn’t want to work. On one occasion, when we asked for the bedsheet to be changed, they left a note saying it couldn’t be done because of “personal items” on the bed — when in reality, the only item was a hotel-provided pajama. When we raised this again, the housekeeping staff came to our room, handed me a sheet, and expected me to change it myself. When I refused, he stared at me and told me to “leave the room” because he wouldn’t change the sheet in front of me. This behavior is completely unacceptable in a hotel environment.
If Bishal had been available throughout our stay, I am confident we would not have experienced such negativity. His excellent service deserves recognition, but unfortunately, the unprofessional behavior of the housekeeping team left a disappointing impression on our overall stay.

The location is fantastic, super close to Higashi-Ginza Station – literally just 2 meters away! The hotel offers a pillow menu, complimentary pajamas, and a daily onsen (hot spring bath), meaning you don't have to squeeze into a tiny in-room shower. These thoughtful amenities alone make it a truly worthwhile choice! In the evenings, there's a complimentary welcome bar offering a variety of drinks to sample at your leisure, which definitely adds a fun touch to your trip. Plus, a Yoshinoya is conveniently located just about ten meters from the hotel entrance, ideal for grabbing a late-night gyudon after a long day of shopping. What a great bonus!

AAnnie_hThe hotel offers fantastic views, is spotlessly clean, and features modern decor. The lobby is absolutely stunning, and the service was exceptional. There's also a complimentary lounge with a great ambiance. We paid over a thousand [currency implied] per night, which is quite reasonable for its location in the Ginza area. The only minor downside was the room being a bit small, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

DDmitryNew comfortable hotel. I liked that the room was small, but comfortable. The view from the window was to the courtyard, nothing to look at. Consider this hotel if you want to be outside more and walk around the city. Comfortable bathroom and shower.
