This hotel provides a solid airport hotel experience with fast, automated check in & check out, efficient lifts, polished interiors, extremely comfortable beds, great room design that makes the best use of the space, modern bathroom and perfectly sized bathtub (and washlet on the toilet), some rooms also give wonderful views of the Tokyo skyline if the air is clear. The one drawback is that, despite the good soundproofing from aircraft sounds and other guests, there was an incessant stream of noise from the bathroom that could not be stopped (and closing the bathroom door did not dampen it). To get to sleep I had to wear noise cancellation headphones which was a bit uncomfortable and not ideal.

Room 203 is good overall, spacious, you can buy food and cook it in the hotel, and the tableware/pots are complete. It is reassuring to be able to keep in touch with the landlord.

Absolutely one of the nicest places I’ve ever been to, two bedrooms a living room and a kitchen with a kitchen table. They have a full sized refrigerator and a microwave plus a stove top with all the necessary equipment and appliances you need for anything you would want to cook! The only problem with this place was their shower has a little leak around the base that you need to wipe up because they have wood floors throughout!

On the first day of check-in, you need to confirm your passport identity through video with the hotel (foreign English speaking) before you can get the room code. You need to transfer to the bustling downtown station. Room 401 is next to the road. You need to wear your own earplugs to fall asleep at night. The toilet and bathroom are in different directions. Apart from the above points, it is very close to the exit. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and 100-yen stores, which are plus points.

When I booked this Hotel (or rather say apartment ), i got the cheap price (maybe get lucky because of the date).
Booked for my 6 guests all ladies.
Pros : Clean, big size rooms compare similar price hotels, nice atmosphere, big bed, location 5 minutes walk from Kamata station.
Cons : Hard to Check-in because they don't have a receptionist (check-in through video call ). No mineral water inside the room (my guests complained because they are not used to drink tap water)
Everything else is great.

It's about 10 minutes' walk from kamata station, so it's OK to move. The facilities are clean, and most of the restaurants in kamata are delicious, which is a surprise. However, even though I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days for two people, I was very disappointed that there were two large towels and two towels that were as large as handkerchiefs. The bathroom is wide-angle, so if you actually look at it, it can be seen as a single person that can be seen anywhere in Japan. I had a good time.

I flew from Hokkaido to Tokyo Haneda and chose an airport hotel for an easy connection to North America the next day. Afternoon shuttle service is available, with the hotel shuttle stop conveniently located across from Gate 10, Terminal 1. You can scan the QR code to check the shuttle schedule. Very convenient. The hotel is clean, tidy, and spacious. Highly recommended for connecting flights/layovers. There are plenty of convenient dining and drinking options nearby.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was far from ideal. While the apartment itself was fine, the service and communication from the hotel were extremely disappointing.
We faced serious issues during the check-in process—we were left outside the building for hours, unable to access our room due to lack of proper instructions and no timely support. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel and Trip, no one responded or offered a solution. We were only able to enter thanks to the kindness of other guests staying in the building who saw our distress and helped us.
This kind of lack of support and responsibility is unacceptable, especially after a long day of travel. We’ve stayed in many places with digital locks and self-check-in systems, but never have we encountered such poor communication and total absence of assistance.
We sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their customer service. Until then, we cannot recommend this property to other traveler

Located quite a long way from central Tokyo but easily accessible by train. Limited choices for eating and drinking in the area, but still a few to choose from. Good size rooms and good value for money. Drop coffee packs provided in the room. Despite the relatively inconvenient location I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Tokyo.

Great
YYueyefengyunThis hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located very close to the airport. The surrounding area is pleasant and convenient. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms are a good size, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

KKeaidechongziThe room was very clean and well-equipped. Check-in was a breeze, handled by self-service passport scanning. Although the bed was a bit smaller than what I'm used to in China, it was still perfectly adequate for two people. The bathroom, while not huge, was very well-appointed, and I especially appreciated the easy-to-clean materials.

GGuest UserThere are many restaurants near the hotel, and there are also options for extra pillows, but the number is limited. JR Kamata and Keikyu Kamata both have supermarkets. If I have the chance to go to Tokyo again, I will consider staying here.

GGuest UserIt was in a good location near Otorii Station.
The cleanliness was also good and it was very clean.
I was surprised to find that the reception desk was next to the cash register of the izakaya, which was full and popular, and I was very surprised because it was my first time dealing with such a noisy environment. However, I think it will be fine once you get used to it. The room was a wooden capsule-style room, and the inside of the room? was simple, with only amenities, a bath towel, and a futon, and there was no TV or anything else, so it was just for sleeping. There was a lock to prevent theft of valuables and bags, and security to enter the room was solid. Eating and drinking in the room was prohibited, and the place to eat and drink was on another floor, but it was also simple, with only two small tables, a refrigerator, and a microwave, and it was a room where you could only eat what you bought. It was not designed to relax. The door of the freezer was broken.
There is Wi-Fi, so you can watch online videos, but earphones are a must. If you don't have them, you won't be able to watch them because it will be a nuisance to others.
There was no one at the reception desk when I checked out, and I just had to write my name on a notepad and that was it.
There were no services, but for this price in Tokyo, I thought it was totally worth it if you just wanted to sleep. That was my impression of the place.

HHuangyanlingwinsyThe hotel is located in Haneda Airport Terminal 1. It is very convenient to check in. There is a large bath and the room is very comfortable. However, I don't understand why the female room is more expensive than the male room? The female room is more than 600 RMB per night, and then you can upgrade to a larger room for an additional 2,000 yen. With this price and a little more money, you can stay in the airport hotel! The cost performance is not very high!

TTATSUKIThere were no particular negative aspects.
It was my first time in a capsule hotel, and I was shocked to see that the rooms didn't have doors and were partitioned only by curtains.

BBabyKat CIOVery good location accommodation, it's just 3 minutes walk from Kamata station to this accomodation. Along the way, there are many choices of restaurants and convenient stores, so it's very convenient for me. The room is very clean and good arrangements, there are all necessary amenities provided. The toilet and shower room are all clean, and I surprised that there is kitchen and cooking area provided. It's very good place to stay, so I decided to stay here for 5 days.

DdanthetravellerI had an issue with finding my bed (201) as I entered into the hostel with no staff. A few minutes later, I figured out that it’s on the 2nd Fl. (No signs indicating that there’s a 2nd FL.) The mold in the bathroom might be a problem for some guests, tho. What happened during my stay was … the bathroom light went out after 7 minutes of showering, not sure why or what caused it. But I liked the fact that everything was just “on your own”. I think Japanese hotels have adapted this self-check in for the most convenient and cost-effective. It’s 2 minutes walk to Ōtori Station and I can reach Haneda Airport in 15 minutes. I recommend this dorm-like hostel.

GGuest UserSmall and fine, very clean, very warm, but the space is small! The equipment is also very complete! Check in before check-in must be done first. Get the entry password and room number in advance, otherwise it will be very troublesome! This is self-check-in. There is no front desk. It is very convenient to walk to the sky bridge and take the subway. Two stations to the ti passenger terminal.
