This is the most comfortable place for my trip in Japan in the past half month. The surrounding area is very convenient, just near Ginza. The famous Tsukiji Market is also nearby. Because I only stayed for four nights to visit Harry Potter and Disney, I didn’t even have time to visit Ginza, but if I come to Tokyo next time, I will choose here because it is more convenient to go everywhere. And it was the last stop of this trip. I didn’t want to continue eating in the restaurant, so I sorted the garbage in the room and cooked four days of meals. It was very comfortable!

Nice and new hotel. Rooms were clean with sufficient toiletries and amenities. Beds were comfy. However, breakfast was not replenished promptly and food was collected into the kitchen at 10am though there were still hotel guests eating. This was unlike other hotels I have stayed both in Japan and other countries whereby the food continued to be replenished though breakfast had ended since there were still guests eating.
Very Good

Perfect Location!!! The room were comfortable, especially the bathroom, I love the Bath Tub 👍🏻Cleanliness !!! Don’t forget to enjoy the Public Bath on 2nd floor. Hotels provided Good quality complimentary water bottles 💧
If you feel tired in a Full Day Schedule, please book the restaurant at 2nd floor - SHARI. After a Big dinner, you can enjoy the Hot Bath.
I highly recommend Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza - Gochom for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

The hotel is magnificent, with the luxury of the last century. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. After staying, you will feel the attentive service everywhere. Problems are dealing quickly and efficiently. If you sit near the window in the restaurant on the 17th floor, you can enjoy the view of Hibiya Park and the garden of Imperial Palace. Ginza is also within easy walking distance and Takarazuka Theatre is nearby. When you need a taxi, there is always one waiting to serve you. If you need to buy gifts, the underground level has everything.

I stayed in single occupancy room and my amenities were different from friend in double occupancy. They had Refa dryer but I had old Panasonic dryer. Their bottles of water were restocked daily but I had to ask for mine. Also the light in bathroom and the one above tv did not work during my four nights stay. Upon asking for late checkup of 1pm, hotel charged me additional 1500 yen.

This was our first stay upon arriving in Japan for our 2 weeks trip. The first impression of the room is pretty small but it was able to open 4 luggage by alternating. We were impressed with the shower pressure (it was the best out of the 4 hotels we stayed) and the breakfast were pretty good although the selections were pretty much the same throughout our stay. Location wise, we were pretty traumatised pushing our luggage (2 big 1 small 2 backpacks) as the walking distance from the sub train station was quite far. There is a family mart right beside the hotel which had pretty decent selections. The walk to the main Ginza area takes about 20minutes which wasn’t as convenient as we thought. There is onsen, laundry machine and luggage transport service available but we only managed to use the laundry machine which wasn’t a pleasant experience as I had to head down to the laundry room multiple times to check whether there is available machine for use (which ended up being full and wasted my trips). Could incorporate an app or TV update to show the usage of the laundry machines which 2 out of 4 of the hotels we stayed had, definitely very helpful and time saving)

Loved that the airport limo bus is right next to the hotel and the rooms are spacious enough for luggage opening. We were even granted 30mins extra time after scheduled noon check out as the bus was at 1pm. We had necessity from lawson right on ground level. Lovely stay indeed! definitely will come back on my next japan trip! Thank you Mitsui!

- Hotel condition is new
- 7-10min walking distance to anywhere within Ginza
- Front Desk / Concierge were not willing to spend time to make Dining Reservations for guests even they were not busy
- Housekeeping service was inconsistent, requested to change bedding daily, but at the end, the bedding was not changed every other day neither

Great stay at YOTEL! Pretty clean and well furnish maybe it’s due to the fact that it’s new as well!! Love the fact that it is not a carpeted floor too 👍🏼 the room is small so if you have more than 2 luggage to open at the same time will be a hassle:/ toothbrush and bath shower gel is provided while the rest is not so come prepared if you need bath cap or razor or etc. honestly the bed is comfortable to sleep in, not too soft or hard !!!
Would come back and stay again!

KKelly Abigail TanI appreciated the complimentary welcome drink provided by the hotel. The staff were fluent in English and very responsive to my emails before my arrival. While the hotel room was small, it was functional, which seems typical for hotels in Tokyo.
I arrived on a weekend, and the roads leading to the hotel were blocked. If you’re driving with a lot of luggage, this is something to keep in mind. I had to park in a nearby building a few minutes away and carry my heavy bags to the hotel.
Unfortunately, I found a black bug on the bed on my first night. As we were too tired to change rooms after unpacking, we didn’t inform the concierge. However, I strongly recommend the hotel be more thorough with their room cleaning, as this was an unpleasant experience.

ZZi QingOverall good experience at this hotel, room size was towards the smaller side but it was a comfortable stay. However it would be good if the hotel has laundry coin services as we were not able to do our laundry in Tokyo. Massage chair in the room was a good addition but i wished it provided options to the customers if they would prefer it or not as it occupies quite a big amt of space in the room. Hotel provided extra amenities too like free probiotics, eye mask each day at the lobby and checkin process was seamless.

GGuest UserOne of the wall in the room was using a wooden panel and there is a light at the bed frame shining right onto different strings of the dust. There was no light at the tea/coffee counter. It is very dark to try to use the plug in that area. Hotel is close to metro and few coffee shops around the area.

GGuest UserSo easy to check in and check out! The rooms were so clean everytime but unfortunately, all 4 rooms we got are facing a white wall when we open our curtains! Kinda claustrophobic 🥺 also, their coffee is very acidic haha but their buffet breakfast, you will be amazed though not a wide spread, it was really good and filling. Overall, highly recommended boutique hotel!

LLawrenceThe hotel is centrally located near Ginza and Tsukiji area, so it’s quite convenient to transfer and commute between lines. The room is just decent , not that spacious but still bearable. But I love the bathroom layout though..

XXPNOverall good experience!
Location:
Walking distance to subway station Higashi Ginza station (2min, 140m) and Ginza station (10min, 500m). Nearby to a lot of good restaurants (i.e., Age3, Udon etc). Lawson at next door, Family Mart at the opposite and 7 eleven perhaps a 100m walk. Very near to Ginza shopping street.
Cleanliness:
Deducted 1 star for cleanliness because there was a lot of nails leftover in the bag when they passed me the nail clipper pack. The room and common areas are clean.
Services:
All good other than the cleaners always forget to place 2/3 amenities in the room where I had to call them like 3/4 days stay. I called and asked to lend iron board and nail clipper, no follow up action from them till I called them again the next day (about 24 hours after).
Facilities:
Standard facilities provided. Good space for the lobby, good breakfast being served. No gym, no hot bath.
Others:
I love the drinks served at the lobby and their pyjamas.

AAnonymous UserWe chose this hotel last minute due to some changes to our itinerary. The hotel is located in Ginza and just 10 mins walk to main shopping street. 6 mins walk to the JR train station for Haneda Airport.
Access to the room is by using a pin code. There is no need to checkout at counter, just need to place the checkout magnetic sign at the room front door facing the corridor. The room space is very limited. Enough for 1 24” & 3 20” luggage bags. Any additional big luggage bags in the room, you need to walk on top of the beds.
Laundry room, you may skip it. No coins or cards are accepted. You need to download an app to make payment just for the 3kg wash & drying machines (separate machines)
If you intend to forward your bulk luggage bags to the hotel, they only accept on the check-in date due to limited space.
I booked the hotel through Trip.com. So i went through Trip.com agent to communicate with the hotel if i could send my luggage to the hotel 2 days early before my check-in date. The staff responds YES, they will help me keep. Then we dragged our 3 28” heavy luggage bags through the train, staircases & streets to reach the hotel. The staff that greeted us rejected our luggage bags. I gave her my check-in details & the staff name that accepted our request but to no avail. Luckily, we are able to send our luggage bags to our next hotel through JP Post at Lawson convenience store nearby after 30 mins searching around.
If the staff that replied to my request rejected me upfront, all this wouldn't have happened. We are like an ****** dragging our luggage bags around. I can't imagine what will happen to our luggage bags if we used a luggage forwarding company to send them in 2 days early? Return back to the company, and we have to collect them?
On the day before we drag our luggage bags, i've sent an email to the hotel directly to clarify again. They didn't reply. Even until now, after a few weeks, i didn't get any response from the hotel.
Excellent customer service, keep up the good work.

AAnonymous UserThe staffs are easy to communicate and friendly. The room cleaning is okay but not too good. I’m a bit concerned for security issue because they use keypad password instead key card. Not sure if the ever change the password after each traveler checks out. Either way it’s still a comfy place for a short stay and I’ll recommend it to those who has an early flight to Haneda airport and need to take a rest a bit before heading to the airport.

Since staying fit is important to a lot of guests, it's no surprise that gyms can be found in many hotels.
lyf Ginza Tokyo, Aman Tokyo and La Vista Tokyo Bay
