Hotels in Shinbashi, Tokyo

This is an amazing hotel in a prime location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Ginza shopping area. For dining, there are plenty of restaurants only 5 min walk from the hotel. In the hotel building on the second floor there is a supermarket “Family Mart” also outside the hotel only 2 min walk Lawase supermarket. Safe area it’s very family-friendly. The view of the room is breathtaking, and I highly recommend it.

Hotel fairly convenient for Shimbashi station. Google maps can get a bit confused about the route from the station because of all of the tall buildings. Should take about 5/6 mins walk. Hotel new, modern and clean. Check in is done via a machine. It took a few goes as it wouldn’t create the keys. Because of that you don’t really get a personal service. Had to ask about breakfast to ensure it was included and check the opening times. Room is small. I knew that going into it. Nowhere to put a large case. We had two large and two small and it was a case of constantly stepping over cases. If you are only staying a couple of days then it’s fine. I wouldn’t do it for any longer. Room very modern. Bed was electric and could rise and fall depending on needs. I don’t really like rooms where you don’t have a separate wash basin / toilet and shower so that is another mark down in rating. We didn’t realise until the second day that we had not been given the amenities. As on the second day toothbrushes and slippers appeared. You generally get these in all hotels. Air con was either too powerful or the room was too hot. There was no comfortable middle ground. Check out wouldn’t work on the automated machine, the staff made us try again even though it wouldn’t work. Overall it was nice to have a modern and clean room but I really prefer more space. And a more personal service

The hotel is very close to the subway station. There's a convenience store and a ramen shop downstairs, and it's also very convenient for shopping in Ginza. The hotel is very clean. Check-in is on the 2nd floor, and complimentary amenities are available for self-service.

The staff are so nice and their speaking english is quite good. The service is really good. There're free drink services and breads for breakfast. The location, firstly, is a nearby tokyo tower. Every time I walked back to the hotel, I would take a photo of tokyo tower (endless photos). Secondly, there're many restaurants and Lawson, family mart nearby. Third, it's close to 3 train stations that easily go travel. The room size for me is ok, but for western people may seem too small for them. Next time for Tokyo trip, this hotel will be my accommodation.

Getting around was incredibly convenient, and the hotel's ambiance was fantastic. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room felt quite spacious, and a major highlight was the daily breakfast delivered right to our door at our preferred time. The 24-hour beverage bar was a huge hit with the kids! This will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Tokyo.

Location close to Shinbashi station. (This is the business district & men’s bars) The room was a decent size for two people & had the main cons. The shower was in the bath which is not accessible for the elderly. The room could become very hot so air con was on at some point during night. Breakfast ok, but not worth the money. Overall it was our base too travel to Tōkyō & beyond which served it’s purpose.

An upgraded version of a domestic bathhouse, very unexpected, a good choice for a business trip, 30 seconds away from Xinqiao Station. Various restaurants downstairs. Free meals are provided on the second floor of the hotel, note: it is meals. Drinks and coffee are available from beverage machines and coffee machines. There are also comics
