I stayed around Akabane station many times, but it was the best in the vicinity of the station, cleanliness and staff response. The room was beautiful because it was only new. The staff was also kind and polite, and the morning greeting was refreshing. It was a stay with a breakfast plan, so if you look forward to it, the side dishes are Japanese style selection method the previous night and order Japanese food. I'm sorry I wanted to have a little western food. The amount of water in the shower is good, and the mist and massage shower are one lever. I want to stay again, but if you can increase the choice of breakfast, it will be full.
It's about a 3-minute walk from the Akabane East Exit. The room is not big but it's OK for one person, it's quiet, and the bathroom is a bit small. The area is lively with food, drinks and entertainment. It's just that the location is a bit remote, but it's only one subway stop to Ikebukuro and 10 minutes to Shinjuku. The price is not expensive, I would still choose this hotel if I go again.
It was our first time travelling to Tokyo. We were stressed about where to stay. Hotels in downtown were really expensive. We chose to stay here and we loved it as you can get anywhere with the train network in Tokyo.
Check-in process was smooth. Receptionst very helpful. Loved the rooms. We got two rooms. A bit small but larger compared to other hotels with more expensive rates.
Enjoyed our stay for a week. The JR line is actually just besides the hotel. You can use an app to help you get to where you like in 15 minutes. Alot of restaurants, mcdonalds, lawson, family mart besides the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Super location, just 2 minutes to JR station Akabane. Though it’s not touristy district, it’s the beauty. I could feel the local atmosphere. I could find everything, EVERYTHING nearby. If you wanna go to the main shopping hot spots, just few stations away! I will definitely come back.
It takes about 7 minutes to walk from JR Akabane Station to the hotel. There are many restaurants along the way, so you don't have to worry about running out of food at night. In addition, the hotel includes breakfast, which is good.
The room is clean. Don't expect big rooms in Japan, but 2 large and 1 small are enough.
I found this on a youtube channel called KFerdy and he visited this place and I decided to give it a try It was not as bad as the review said it was it had clean bathrooms, no ticks, and, friendly employees, and overall I think it was worth a five-star.
Very satisfied. A small room is enough for sleeping. It is close to the station and very convenient for shopping. I will stay here again next time and will recommend it to my friends. It was a perfect experience. I will stay in this hotel again next year.
The location is close to the station and there are bars and restaurants around, so it is convenient. I thought the room was very clean. It feels good to be cleaned cleanly. The king bed room was good and not cramped compared to other Toyoko Inns. What I was worried about was that there was a window in the room, but the window was coated so that I could not see the outside, and the surrounding area was a bar area, so the voice outside at night was noisy and the truck came often. Take things down The sound echoed. After that, there was no problem with the shower room, and it was good that there was an amenity set of DHC cleansing face wash cream at the front desk. The brush was a comb type. I wish I had a single grilled cherry blossom for breakfast. The elevator does not come at all during check-out time. Even if I come, there are many people and I can't get on.
