The room is compact and features a separate wet and dry bathroom. The lobby is on the second floor. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, so if you don't speak English, it's best to have a translation app handy. The location is excellent, right opposite the Don Quijote Akihabara store, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. It's about a 10-minute walk from Akihabara Station, which is perfectly acceptable.
Hands down the best place I've ever stayed; I've only been gone a day and I already miss it! The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the rooms were tastefully decorated and thoughtfully designed for guests. The location couldn't be better, making it super convenient for exploring Akihabara. Overall, this hotel played a huge part in making my first trip to Japan so incredibly smooth. It was a truly unforgettable seven days.
Is our 2nd time staying at Hotel Resol stay Akihabara. I and my husband love the facilities here and the room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel room is spacious enough to open 2 big luggages in our room for our packing. They have a self service laundry as well on the level 5. They have a cute robot lovot at the hotel and her name is “Maron” my husband grew attached to it because it was too cute! We will miss Maron ~ 😍

The location is excellent, with convenient transport links nearby. It's close to metro and bus stops, making it easy to reach various business districts. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity, so everything you need is within easy reach.
Upon check-out, the staff thoughtfully inquired about my stay and genuinely welcomed me back for future visits. Overall, choosing this place for my business trip was an excellent decision. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again for future business trips and highly recommend it to all my business associates!
Good location and very accessible to the various train stations. Eateries and shopping is in abundance within Akihabara. Room is functional and amenities such as toothbrush, comb etc can be found on Level 2. New towels & water are given daily which is a plus. Staff are friendly too! Would recommend to stay here nxt time we are in Tokyo!

The room wasn't very spacious, especially with the extra bed. It would likely be more comfortable with just two beds. I'd like to particularly commend the staff for their honesty and integrity. They found items we'd forgotten, safely kept them, and returned them to us. Thank you!
The location is excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk from Otemachi subway station, making it very convenient for visiting the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station. The neighborhood is full of high-end office buildings, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores to choose from. The front desk staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English, and some even spoke Chinese. Check-in and check-out were both very quick. The room wasn't large, but it was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

Without any prior travel planning, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel I chose during my trip to Tokyo. It was clean and perfectly accommodating for my family of four, and it was a much better value than booking two rooms. The amenities were comprehensive, with convenient laundry facilities and the ability to make breakfast. Free coffee was available daily on the first floor, making it a fantastic value. I hope to choose this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo.
I chose to extend my stay at this hotel primarily for its convenient transport links and the ease of having several convenience stores nearby. The room itself is comfortable, and the ground-floor restaurant is a nice touch, offering afternoon tea with complimentary snacks and drinks from the hotel. It's never too busy and wonderfully quiet, making it perfect for relaxing, reading, or getting some work done. Plus, it's just a short walk from the Sumida River, which is lovely for a stroll.
Booking this hotel because it's convenience to somewhere I want to go
Public transport:
AWAJICHO metro station (100m ; 1min by walking
KANDA rail station (500m ; 5mins by walking
Closes Tokyo Haneda Airport (26km ; 34mins by car transport
The main reason I book thus hotel, because it's nearby those snowboard shops😁

Outstanding
GGuest UserIt was good that the rental goods and amenities such as towels and toothbrushes were substantial.
AAnonymous UserRoom for family with washing machine, 1 bunk bed and dining table but aircon not very cold. My room window was facing the sunset and very hot in the evening. Washing machine fliter was not cleaned, there is error when we dry our clothes. Is near to Akihabara station.
DDr. OscarDefinitely the best hostel/shared room I’ve stayed in the world and I’ve been to a lot. Firstly it’s very clean. Secondly the attitude of the staff is very warm. Thirdly the shower and toilet also very clean and actually is somewhat private. I didn’t feel I was actually sharing anything.
TtheQuanHotel uses a room key with a wooden stick as a keychain as opposed to a card like most hotels use. TV was in an awkward position, and the bed is in front of the mirror, which is strange, but otherwise a good hotel for solo travelers looking for a place around Ochanomizu/Akihabara for cheaps.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet residential area. It has a long-established feeling and has a profound atmosphere. I think the building is old, but it is an inn where you can spend a calm time.
会会社PC JLCMy son and I stayed here together.
It was as small as we expected, but it was uncomfortable that both of our futons were damp.
We had no issues and the breakfast was delicious, so we rated it as average.
The location is inconvenient for public transportation, so we'll have to consider it carefully before using it again.
