This was my second stay at a Prince Hotel. My first experience was at the Onarimon branch near Tokyo Tower, which left a great impression.
I arrived in Tokyo for a business trip past 8 PM. After dinner with a client at a small restaurant near Shinagawa, I checked in around 10 PM.
Room 52719 offered a night view, though I was too late to fully take it in. The next morning, I woke up to a clear view of Tokyo Tower.
The hotel complex consists of several buildings: the East Tower, Main Tower, North Tower, and the Annex. The Main Tower's breakfast area was very crowded. The Annex, however, was a bit less congested and offered a convenient direct passage to Shinagawa Station.
The room facilities were a bit dated. It had a bathtub, a refrigerator, and an ice bucket, but I was too late to make use of them.
The next morning, I had to be at my client's by 9:30 AM, so after a quick breakfast, I checked my luggage and rushed off. Upon returning to retrieve my bags, I made use of the lounge area to charge my phone and catch up on some emails before heading straight to the airport.
Location: Directly across from Shinagawa Station's West Exit.
Wi-Fi: Excellent speed.
Excellent hotel in the heart of the Ginza area! Very beautiful huge building, wonderful interior, the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay: vending machines, iron, hair dryer, the rooms are clean, beautiful, cozy. Excellent cosmetics, pajamas, smart toilets. We rested with a company of 7 people in different rooms and in all rooms there was enough space to open all the suitcases and pack your things. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is very close to the metro, attractions and all the shops and restaurants! Good breakfasts! Also, the price of the hotel includes bar services in the evenings - you can drink unlimited alcohol and eat snacks in the lobby bar! Thank you very much!
Room was not ready upon check in, I got upgraded to suite room and free drinks in the refrigerator was provided. Good service recovery.
Location is good, can view tokyo tower straight from my room.

My recent stay at the Tokyo Prince Hotel was absolutely beyond expectations!
The location is the absolute highlight. It's just a 5-minute walk directly to Tokyo Tower. After an evening stroll in Shiba Park, I could return to my room and lie in bed, watching Tokyo Tower light up – the night view was incredibly therapeutic and romantic. It's also conveniently close to the subway station, making it super easy to get to places like Asakusa Temple and Shibuya. This definitely saved a lot of travel time and hassle.
While the room wasn't exceptionally large, the layout was incredibly well-designed, making it feel surprisingly spacious and not cramped at all. The bed's firmness was just right; I slept soundly for three nights without any back pain. The washroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation, and hot water was instant. They even provided thoughtful amenities like makeup remover and skincare samples – truly attentive to detail.
The service was also exceptionally pleasant. The front desk staff could communicate in simple Chinese and proactively provided a Tokyo Tower sightseeing guide during check-in. Each day before I went out, housekeeping meticulously cleaned the room, even neatly arranging my casually placed charging cables.
Breakfast was another delightful surprise. The Japanese tamagoyaki was wonderfully tender and smooth, and the Western bacon perfectly crispy and flavorful without being greasy, along with freshly brewed coffee and fresh fruit. I started each day fully fueled, ready to explore with plenty of energy.
Overall, from transportation and comfort to service, everything was absolutely flawless. This will undoubtedly be my top choice for my next visit to Tokyo!
Excellent! We booked five rooms, two of which were upgraded, and this one was among them. We were given a spacious two-bedroom, one-living-room suite that could accommodate five people! It also had a minibar, stocked with several bottles of red wine, beer, and soft drinks. Even the non-upgraded rooms came with capsule coffee machines and coffee pods, plus a good selection of tea bags in various flavors. We booked high-floor bay view rooms, and all four rooms we were assigned offered views of the Rainbow Bridge. The Yurikamome Line station is right outside the hotel, and there's a Lawson convenience store conveniently located at the entrance. Just a two to three-hundred-meter walk downstairs, you'll find a replica of the Statue of Liberty, and to the right is the Gundam shopping mall, which features most major brands. The huge Gundam statue at the entrance puts on a light show at 8:30 PM, lasting less than ten minutes. The hotel features four restaurants. I opted for the sushi set meal on the 30th floor, and its quality was excellent – well worth the hour I spent queuing. My husband and kids tried the buffet on the second floor and said it was only average.

The room was spacious and featured a balcony offering expansive, beautiful views, including Tokyo Tower. Although the hotel has been around for some time, it is exceptionally well-maintained with modern facilities and impeccable hygiene. The shower head was excellent, and the provided Pola toiletries were fragrant and highly effective. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive, ranging from basic items like toothbrushes, combs, and razors, to bath salts, facial cream, and hair ties – truly every conceivable amenity was provided. A special mention goes to the ingenious cotton swabs, which featured an ear pick on one end – perfectly firm yet gentle and very effective. Downstairs, in the basement, there's a 7-Eleven, and on the ground floor, you'll find a cafe and a Chinese restaurant. A shopping mall is also just a 3-minute walk away, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The hotel is a 7-minute walk from Shinagawa Station and an 8-minute walk from Takanawadai subway station, offering excellent transportation links. Both the front desk and reservations staff were very diligent and responsible. I highly recommend staying here.
As a solo traveler, I found this hotel to be excellent. They offer self-service luggage storage before check-in, and the check-in process itself is also automated via machines. For 1500 JPY, the buffet breakfast was actually quite decent. The hotel's location is also super convenient. Getting here from Haneda Airport is a breeze – just take the monorail directly to Hamamatsucho Station. Plus, it's surrounded by several key subway lines: Asakusa, Yamanote, Oedo, and Mita. I would definitely consider staying here again.
I’ve been in this property on 2019 and, despite the 6 years in between, the hotel kept is style and it is still a solid choice while traveling in Tokyo.
Position is good with good access to metro or a 15-20€ Uber ride to the major sightseeing points.
Room is also very good with breathtaking views over the bay.
Breakfast is a good mix of western and Easter cuisine.
Only downside is the fact that the pool is not accessible for free. As HH Gold member I’ve would have expected more a free pass rather than a discounted entry (25€).

This is an amazing hotel in a prime location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Ginza shopping area. For dining, there are plenty of restaurants only 5 min walk from the hotel. In the hotel building on the second floor there is a supermarket “Family Mart” also outside the hotel only 2 min walk Lawase supermarket. Safe area it’s very family-friendly. The view of the room is breathtaking, and I highly recommend it.
The hotel boasts an excellent location near Daimon subway station, which offers direct lines to both Haneda and Narita airports. Tokyo Tower and Ginza are within comfortable walking distance. Odaiba is also easily reachable, just four stops from Shiodome Station, and major hubs like Shinjuku and Shibuya are approximately five to six subway stops away.
The hotel environment is pleasant, and the rooms are adequately sized. My sole regret was that the bidet function on the smart toilet in our room was faulty. We reported it to the front desk, but it wasn't fixed. (On a side note, as is common in Japan, the toilet paper is notably thin and designed to dissolve quickly.)
Right downstairs, you'll find 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson convenience stores. For more dining options, particularly small local restaurants, a short walk towards Daimon Station is required. A nice bonus is that some high-floor rooms offer views of Tokyo Tower.

LLvxingkaolaThe location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. It's street-facing, situated right above a transfer station for two subway lines. Tokyo Midtown and Roppongi Hills are on either side, and you can even get direct views of Tokyo Tower. There are also many fantastic restaurants nearby, plus two convenience stores. However, check-in at the front desk is automated, and you don't get to choose your room (my request for a specific room was not accommodated). For some rooms, especially those on lower floors or positioned slightly off-center, the view of Tokyo Tower isn't complete.

Ssoon pohLocation is great, approx. 400 m from Roppongi metro station. Lots of eateries in this neighborhood within walking distance. Room is great, as we have twin and the size of a similar room is large compared to a typical hotel room in Tokyo. Free coffee and tea served all day. Shower is powerful. Breakfast is ok for western, and Thai breakfast is served.

GGuest UserIt was relatively close to Tamachi Station, and there were several convenience stores and grocery stores nearby, so it was a convenient location. The room was clean and I was able to relax.
There were the bare necessities, such as furniture, cutlery, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a TV. There was a bit of an issue with the lack of a bath mat, but other than that I was able to stay comfortably.

AamadozonsWhen preparing for my trip to Tokyo, my biggest concern was accommodation. I was so happy to find a wonderful place with a sink and cooking facilities in the room, and especially a bento box and green tea for breakfast every day. I was worried because there were few reviews and no reliable information, but this place offers truly great value.
1. They provide a Japanese bento box for breakfast, so you don't have to worry about preparing it yourself. It's portable and easy to eat while sightseeing.
2. There's a kitchenette in the room, so you can buy ingredients from nearby convenience stores and markets and cook delicious meals. They sell beef and tuna at reasonable prices, and they're so tender that I'll definitely be making this for dinner next time.
3. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. I purchased a 48-hour subway pass and rode it 15 times over two days, so the location is definitely a plus. You can also take a break at the hotel between your trips.
4. The daily room cleaning was very helpful, which was nice. 5. Depending on your personality, the rooms may feel very small and stuffy, so those seeking value for money should book this hotel. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
GGuest UserAkasaka guesthouse provides a GREAT location at a great price with easy access to several transit lines, and pleasant walks to many attractions and major areas. The Hostel itself is small, and unassuming. The common area is nice to spend time in but if you are looking for stuff to do IN it? well chatting with other travellers is about the only thing to do. But you weren't booking a hostel just to hang around in their lobby. The dorms are compart, but comfortable and provided enough space for a large 6'1” tall man to move around in the capsule and get dressed easily. The capsules do not have individual AC, a small fan would be a nice addition to each capsule. The walls are also plywood, so movement and bumps can be very loud.
Towel rentals are available from the front desk, but require an attendant to get (though maybe i misunderstood some instructions) so make sure to rent one when you check in, or you'll be using yesterdays clothes to dry yourself off. But included soaps in the very nice showers are a big plus.
Note if you have a lot of luggage or accessibility needs that there is no elevator and your bags may need to be carried up 4 flights of narrow stairs.
Hostel was overall very clean, staff were kind and helpful, bedding was comfortable. Would totally stay here a sec
Front desk staff were super helpful.
