The value for money here is excellent. At just over 1,000 [currency implied], getting three beds for three people was incredibly cost-effective. The room wasn't large, but it wasn't small either; it was perfectly adequate and standard.
The location is superb, with convenient transportation. The parking lot is very large with plenty of spaces, and parking fees are cheap. There are many dining options nearby, and there's even a Lawson convenience store right in the hotel.
However, the staff at the self-service check-in counter were rather cold and indifferent. This was a bit off-putting, though it might have been due to the crowd.
But when I called the front desk, the service over the phone was excellent. Plus, they even offer buckwheat pillows!
After comparing several hotels, I finally chose this one. It was a great experience! The room is spacious and bright, the facilities are new and complete, and breakfast and free parking are included. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and you can walk to the business district. In the same price range, this hotel is definitely the best in quality and service. I highly recommend it. A must-go for those who love details! The room is warmly decorated, with a smart toilet, a sensor night light, and a large viewing window... You can feel the ingenuity of the design in every corner. The breakfast is very rich, with both Chinese and Western styles, and the taste is also very good.

The front desk staff speaks Chinese. The hotel is very new. Each guest receives a complimentary capsule coffee each day. The room is small but fully furnished, including furniture, appliances, tableware, a washing machine, and a dryer. It's very clean. This was the most comfortable place to stay during my trip to Tokyo. Being able to do laundry and cooking felt very homely. There's a fruit and vegetable shop and convenience store downstairs.
It's a five or six minute walk to Montbell, Uniqlo, and Art Sports. Wacoal sports bras are great on the second floor of Art Sports, and the service is excellent.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, only a few hundred meters from Todai (University of Tokyo). Ueno Park is within easy walking distance, and a delightful bonus was seeing the lotus flowers in full bloom during my stay. It's also conveniently close to the subway station, making visits to the National Museum and the National Museum of Western Art very straightforward. The hotel rooms are spacious, and they even provide free laundry facilities and a microwave.

For Tokyo, the room size here was fantastic! It's a one-bedroom suite with a separate living area. The bedroom, about three tatami mats in size, felt just right. Even with a table in the living area, it was easy to move around, creating plenty of extra space. A mini-fridge was also a bonus!
I made sure to visit the communal bathhouse and hot spring on the 6th floor almost every day – it was incredibly relaxing! Kimono robes were also provided in the room, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation. Overall, the room offered plenty of functional space.
The location is conveniently situated between Akihabara and Ueno. The only minor inconvenience was the uphill walk to and from the hotel, which could be a bit tiring, but it was perfect for a post-dinner stroll to digest! Just around the corner on a side street, there's a large supermarket that's great for browsing. Absolutely fantastic! It will definitely be my first choice for future visits!

Overall, the value for money was good. The two rooms were relatively new, elegant, and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower and toilet were separated, and the water was strong. There was also a small stove (though I didn't think it was very practical), and a balcony for drying clothes. Of course, as is typical with Japanese hotels, this isn't a major drawback; after all, with three pieces of luggage, there was no aisle space. Downstairs, there's a small supermarket run by a local woman that sells everyday local groceries, unlike chain convenience stores—a worthwhile experience. Ikebukuro Station and Otsuka Station are both a 13-minute walk away, which is acceptable. There's also a large, 24-hour SEIYU supermarket, popular with locals, located just down the road. The prices are cheaper than at chain convenience stores. There's also a Seria 100-yen supermarket nearby. The downside is the poor Wi-Fi in the rooms; it barely works for text, and short videos struggle to load. Overall, I highly recommend it.
Hotel uses a room key with a wooden stick as a keychain as opposed to a card like most hotels use. TV was in an awkward position, and the bed is in front of the mirror, which is strange, but otherwise a good hotel for solo travelers looking for a place around Ochanomizu/Akihabara for cheaps.
With a stay at RIZOTIA HAKUSAN in Tokyo (Bunkyo), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Tokyo Dome and Ueno Zoo. This apartment is 2.8 mi (4.6 km) from Tokyo Imperial Palace and 3.8 mi (6.2 km) from Sensoji Temple.
Make yourself at home in one of the 6 guestrooms, featuring kitchenettes with refrigerators and stovetops. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include microwaves and washing machines.
All the front desk staff were exceptionally good. We particularly appreciated an older gentleman who would proactively greet Chinese guests in Mandarin, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Several other Japanese staff members, including a young lady, were also incredibly nice and friendly. The room we were assigned had an excellent location. Although the room was a bit small, it offered great value for money, especially considering the breakfast. Overall, highly satisfied! 👍
Absolutly lovely. Extremely clean with all the extra of a nice hotel ( shampo, ustensil, soap, towel…) the room is also quite spacious and the location is really nice with many lovely restaurants and cafe nearby. I notably recomand the park nearby that is really cute.

GGuest UserPretty convenient location going to the major stations on the East or West of Tokyo takes about 20mins. There is also don quixote directly below and convenience stores nearby. Room was quite spacious compared to other hotel's single room. Overall would recommend.
GGuest UserFirst time staying in a hotel with public bath, and it’s amazing! Love the amenities provided too. Rooms are well kept and cleaned every night. Only confusion is whether they change the bath attires everyday for guests who stayed for multiple nights… Good job and would love to return again!
GGuest UserThe transportation is very convenient, very close to Tokyo University, and there is a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.
Cleaning is done every day, and the front desk is staffed by uncles who are skilled in business.
Very good
GGuest UserMore distinctive decoration but poor sound insulation. No elevator. The stairs are very narrow. The room where you live is hard to carry the box. The toilet is outside with a key to unlock. It is a bit cold in winter after taking a shower. (The proprietress of the Taiwanese restaurant downstairs is very enthusiastic, but the store cannot use payment treasure and cash)
Service: Full self-service no service
YYap QCVery detailed info about the place were provided to us before we check-in. It answers all your queries without you having to ask. The space is big enough for two person. Love that their bathroom has a clothes drying function, and they provided alot of hangers! The location is super convenient and walkable distance to Keisei Ueno station. The only downside is the bed is quite narrow and hard. But I will definitely come back again.

GGuest UserYou can’t find another place like this with this price in Tokyo.
It’s very very big room and has everything a bathtub, refrigerator , sink, washing machine and closet.
There is no elevator is only one disadvantage.
My room is on 5th floors and stair is so narrow.
**You should read hotel’s chat box before checkin and follow the instructors they give you. And you will be fine to access to your room.**
Location : Very peace and quiet. 15 mins walk from sugamo station. There are 4-5 convenient store, yoshinoya 24-hr restaurant and many local restaurant near sugamo station.
Sorry for blur pics. I take screenshot from video.
낮낮양갱The location is between Korakuen Station and Iidabashi Station, I think, and it's a quiet 8-10 minute walk.
Since it's an apartment-style accommodation, it feels more like an Airbnb, so there's no hotel counter, so any inquiries must be made through customer service or email, which is a bit inconvenient. Room cleaning isn't done daily, and requests for towels and other items must be made in advance. However, the accommodation itself is clean and nice. However, there's no elevator, so if you have a heavy suitcase, it might be a struggle.
Personally, it's clean and spacious, so I'll book here again next time I go to Japan.
GGuest UserThe landlord is very enthusiastic, and will respond promptly to any questions, and enthusiastically introduce us to the surrounding environment and travel routes. The overall condition of the house is basically the same as the pictures shown. It is clean and hygienic. Living here is also very convenient for travel. The rooms have large windows with good ventilation and sound insulation. You can have a good rest at night.
GGuest UserIt's about a 5-minute walk from Korakuen subway station. There are Marunouchi Line, Nanboku Line, and Mita Line nearby, so the transportation is very convenient.
The rooms near the road are very noisy, so try to choose a room near the inside.
The location of the plug is unreasonable, and the internal facilities are average. But the price is here, so bear with it...
The hotel waiters are all black, and there is a guy who keeps blinking and his service attitude is quite good.
GGuest UserI used it for the first time on a business trip. It was not a business hotel, but it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was convenient because it was a short walk to the subway.
