The hotel is very grand, featuring a spacious, elegantly decorated lobby with a distinctive centerpiece of purple-pink cockscomb flowers. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by staff who took our luggage, escorted us to the front desk for check-in, and then delivered our bags to our room. The front desk staff were highly efficient, making both check-in and check-out incredibly fast. We had booked a room in the tower and were pleasantly surprised to be assigned a high-floor room with views of the Imperial Palace. Even though there's an elevated light rail line directly below with trains continuously passing, we only perceived minimal noise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast is served on the 17th floor, the top floor of the main building. While the selection wasn't extensive, it more than made up for it with delicious food, excellent service, and superb views. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Hibiya Park, the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, and Ginza. It's also about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station, which was perfect for a post-dinner stroll to digest. We had a truly delightful stay.
It was great to have a Chinese staff member at the front desk; she made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service. The restaurant and bar are on the ground floor, and all the servers there speak excellent English. Breakfast is also served here, and I'd highly recommend it, especially if you enjoy a Western-style breakfast.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was perfect – convenient to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, which made my stay feel extra special.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort.

Clean, cozy room at a quiet and convenient location, less than 5 minutes away from JR Akihabara station.
Staffs were nice and helpful too - I left a small box at the Keisei Dentetsu, and the hotel reception provided me with a LINE account to seek assistance. I was able to recover it, and I am grateful for their help, even if it might be a small gesture.
Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Akihabara.
We like that there is a welcome drink.
The room is small but still manageable for two people. It is clean. The breakfast is fine but fewer choices and it is standard every morning. The staffs are nice. Only the last night that we are asking if they can book taxi for us going to Haneda airport for the next day. They said, they cannot book on that day without telling us the reason. Little did we know on the day of our flight that the road is closed because of the marathon race. If they just told us, traveling by train will be our option. But overall, our stay was good.
Great location, direct access from Tokyo station. Comfortable beds. Bathroom has essential amenities. However, wifi signal in room is a little weak, kept kicking us out. Another point to note for future travellers is that the breakfast is a choice between Western breakfast and Japanese breakfast - you can make only 1 choice per day. Western breakfast is a buffet plus one standard dish (eggs or/and toast) from a menu. Japanese breakfast is a standard breakfast set (no choices). Hence, those who are expecting a typical hearty Japanese/Western buffet spread like other chain hotels may feel disappointed with the breakfast arrangement at Hotel Marunouchi. But overall, it's a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location is excellent, with convenient transport links nearby. It's close to metro and bus stops, making it easy to reach various business districts. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity, so everything you need is within easy reach.
Upon check-out, the staff thoughtfully inquired about my stay and genuinely welcomed me back for future visits. Overall, choosing this place for my business trip was an excellent decision. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again for future business trips and highly recommend it to all my business associates!
We loved our stay at Hotel Resol! Right in the heart of Akihabara with the train station close by too! Perfect location, and with out room having the view of the river it was lovely.
The rooms and bathroom are both a decent size with the type of room we got. You’re able to pick up as many amenities from the reception that you need for your room. There’s also a stamp to collect in reception so don’t forget to get that if you’re collecting stamps throughout! The staff are all so lovely, and even kept our luggage the last day for us whilst we ventured out and about.
There’s things you don’t need to worry about bringing to Japan, as all the hotels I stayed in provided these, a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, PJs, and slippers. There’s also a mini fridge to stash all your konbini goodies.
They don’t clean your room everyday which is nice because it means you don’t have someone in and out all the time. But they do replace bin bags, towels and waters daily which is lovely!
There’s also a cute little temple nearby to the hotel too! Which has a little cat we got to see a lot of! :)
Overall a really pleasant stay! and it completed the end of trip! Thank you for a lovely stay!
We were a family of four (two adults and two children), and the hotel was very thoughtful in preparing all the sleeping arrangements for us, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel's location is excellent, just over 500 meters from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Personally, I found it offered great value for money.
Hotel has a convenient location with Otemachi station entrance in same exact building around the corner. A few 24h conbini’s are located around.
We had a room facing the park with a stunning view at the sunset and Mt.Fuji.
The room itself is clean and spacious, everything needed was inside, staff changed towels daily.
Smoking room is around reception and is really comfy as there are 2 vending machines.
The only downside - pool operating ours are ending early, which is a bit strange as walking around Tokyo usually does not end around 6-7 pm. and would be great to stretch you legs after a long walk swimming in a pool before going to sleep

AAnonymous UserWe stayed 5 nights in this hotel. We booked a double & a single room as there's 3 of us. It's a 10-storey high building. It's located in a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood. I really appreciate the hotel staff for arranging our rooms on the same floor and waiting for us to check in as our flights arrive at Haneda Airport at night.
There's a 7-11 right in front of the hotel where i frequently visited.
There's a small resting area with free coffee & amenities for you to take on the ground floor (labelled as 1st floor) beside the reception counter.
There's 2 lifts in the hotel and access by room card only. The room card is also required to access the hotel main door past midnight.
The laundry room is located on the 2nd floor. There's 2 middle sizes (3kg) 2 in 1 (wash & dry) coins washing machines for hotel guests. Each use requires 500 yens (can exchange coins at reception counter) & 120 minutes. It's fully occupied most of the time. There's a microwave & drink vending machine in the laundry room, too. All instructions are clearly written in English. Very user-friendly for foreigners.
As for the room, it was very clean & comfortable. The hotel housekeeping is really tiptops. They will place pajamas, rubbish bag, bath towel & 2 bottles of mineral water vouchers daily in a plastic bag & place outside the door if you opt not to clean your room.
The bed is ok, and the pillow is hard. Able to get a good night sleep. There's a middle size bathtub & a smart toilet bowl in the bathroom. The room aircond can be adjusted based on cool, heat, fan, and dry. There's also a mini fridge & an air purifier with a humidifier function (need to add water manually) in the room.
Overall, it is a very comfortable stay. Recommended.
GGouyankanshijiePros:
1. For a hotel in central Tokyo, priced around 600 RMB, the room was remarkably spacious. Our specific room type even offered extra floor space, easily accommodating three medium-sized suitcases laid out flat.
2. There are five or six subway and JR stations nearby, though all require a bit of a walk. While public transportation is convenient, I often got overwhelmed trying to plan routes using transfer apps.
3. Despite no Chinese-speaking staff, the lady assisting with check-in spoke excellent English, almost as if she'd lived abroad. Checking in via the self-service machine under her guidance was also quite quick.
4. The room was well-cleaned and relatively quiet.
Cons:
1. Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM! A 10 AM check-out felt quite early and a bit strict.
2. No complimentary bottled water is provided. While there's a water dispenser and paper cups in the lobby, it's still best to purchase your own water.
3. The room has a small desk, but lacks a small table and chairs for two people to dine comfortably. After a long day of shopping, if you want to eat something in the room, you're left standing.
NNigeerThis is the second time I stayed in this hotel within a year. It is more like an apartment than a hotel. There are only 9 rooms in the hotel, and they are all very large. The price is very cost-effective for Tokyo's price of around 2,000 (Mitsui Garden is only 30 square meters at the same price), which is very suitable for people like me who often come to Japan and like quietness. The drinks and snacks in the lounge are also free, and the washing machine can be used if there is a vacant space. In addition, the location is also good and it is convenient to go anywhere. Overall, it is highly recommended.
The biggest disadvantage is that the アメニティー such as shower gel and hand sanitizer is very difficult to use. I hope to change to a better brand. If you have high requirements for the hotel's public areas, such as large baths, swimming pools, spas, etc., and there is none here, then this hotel is not suitable.
LLilou.17Fantastic stay here in tokyo, value for money is exceptional. The location is very good with many train stations nearby, check in time is very convenient.
Only downside with this stay is that the hotel doesn't want the customers to use the AC on high cold, due to condensation concerns. They also disclaim any damage caused by the AC, therefore expect a room with poor circulation and heat during night if you don't want to be responsible for damage.

KKK10012021Worried about the room's small size, I booked the Matsu room. The design was fantastic, creating a Zen-like sanctuary within Tokyo.
Facilities: Two tatami beds with very comfortable bedding; a spacious separate dressing room; a large sofa that doubles as a bed; and a small, comfortable sofa in the bathroom.
Environment: The shared living room was very convenient, offering snacks. The Japanese corn crisps were delicious, and small scoops of ice cream were available all day. The rooftop hot springs are truly unique, with two connected indoor and outdoor areas. The water is slightly yellow and has a sulfurous smell. It's a genuine hot spring! After a soak, your body feels smooth, and a bottle of iced milk is a complete revelation. The hotel's location is not very obvious, hidden away in the city. The driver had to drive around a bit before finding the underground drop-off point.
Service: Most of the staff were female. Upon arrival, they didn't help with my luggage, but simply stood by and directed the hired driver, which was a bit surprising. The receptionist had to approach and clearly stated they would only greet me if they needed to communicate. After checking out, while waiting for the car in the lobby, no one asked if I wanted a drink of water. The overall feeling was quite distant.
OOngkyDarmawanBooked and stayed 8 nights, what I can tell you is the location is perfect and close to restaurants, convenient store and train station.
the lobby had a machine where you can self-checkin despite midnight checkin, we arrived around midnight and used the machine to check-in. I believe only this hotel had this features where i am looking for midnight checkin hotel.
Commenting on the room, it rather smaller than i expect, perfectly fit for 2 people, but if you are with big luggage, do not expect big hallway and spacious movement. Very compact for short stay, not more than that.
Cleanliness is acceptable, had a laundry room and ice machine, my wife was so happy about it.
Lovely and helpful staff, you can also use the luggage transport to move your luggage to another hotel.
IIgorI went with my daughter on a trip to Tokyo. I let her book the hotels, and she chose this one for our second night. She accidentally picked the one-bed option, but it was big enough for both of us to get a good night’s sleep without bothering each other.
The room itself was small, but it had everything you needed. The toilet has an automatic flush that goes off when you sit down, so if you go in the middle of the night, it might startle you a bit!
The lobby had pajamas, toothbrushes, face wash, face masks, hair masks (really good ones), and lots of other small amenities you might need. Oh and some REALLY good tea.
The location is great—close to many spots and near the subway, which made it easy to get around. The Imperial Palace was just a short walk away.
The AC worked well, and honestly, I have no complaints.
I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast option—it’s basically just different types of bread, so we ended up going to nearby shops and picking out what we wanted instead.
The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay here.
GGuest UserPretty good location in Akihabara, quite close to a few convenient stores (closest one is 1~2minute walk).
Overall satisfied by the BnB Hotel, just wish there was more hangers for wet towels to air dry.
For the shared area outside of the bedrooms, there wasn't any air conditioning or fans. It was very hot during hotter seasons even during night time. It makes it difficult for people to make phone call, or just using the shared space for any purpose due to the uncomfortable temperature. (You'll sweat even if you're just sitting).
I might consider visiting again if I want to stay in Akihabara, but I'll rather find somewhere closer to Ikebukuro since there's where I go most often.
