The location is incredibly convenient. For this trip, I relied on a mix of taxis and public transport. Higashi-Ginza Station is a super convenient 2-minute walk downstairs, and Ginza Station is just 5 minutes away, offering fantastic access to all parts of the city. There's also a convenience store directly across the street.
It was perfect for daily shopping in Ginza. Even returning to the hotel past midnight felt very safe, thanks to its location on a main road, which offered great peace of mind.
A minor downside was the lack of skincare products, and the toothbrush provided was quite stiff. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the public bath due to my tattoos, so I missed out on that experience.
Overall, everything was excellent. The front desk staff, both younger and older ladies, were all incredibly kind and could communicate in English, Japanese, and Chinese. Their attitude was wonderful, and the service was very warm and enthusiastic. They even complimented my neck pillow, saying it was cute, haha.
I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo! Highly recommended! 👍🏼💯
Convenient location about 8min walk from Tokyo Station and 6min walk to Nihonbashi Station. Room with 2 twin beds is just nice for 2 adults with 2 medium luggages. No space for work desk or to share a meal as table provided is very small. No wardrobe is fine but could provide more hangers. Bed linen is changed every 2 days. Check out time is 11am and every extra hr is charged at 2000yen. Laundry self service at 2F, microwave is also available. Polite and helpful counter staff. No convenient shop ard hotel so buy what you need at train station.
Cleanliness: The area under the bed still had items from the previous guest, and the remote control and other surfaces were covered in dust and lint.
Service: The front desk staff were excellent, and everything we needed was well-prepared. The complimentary popsicles every afternoon were a delightful treat. However, why wasn't the luggage conveyor belt operational? It was incredibly tiring having to carry everything myself.
Breakfast: Breakfast was a set menu. While it was fairly tasty, the variety was quite limited.
Environment: The room was quite small, but its proximity to the subway station made getting around very convenient.

I recently stayed at this newly designed hotel and was impressed by its modern aesthetics. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel offered a wide selection of amenities. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring small-sized portions of various dishes, allowing me to sample many options. The only downside was the hotel's distance from the nearest subway station.
Good value for money. Rooms are small but affordable compared to other locations. Clean quiet rooms and nice staff. Seems to be located more in a business district. Not too many places open around the hotel in the early morning hours. Within a few minutes walking distance to several metro/ railway stations. A couple stops away from Tsukiji market.

The location is absolutely excellent. Both the Ginza Line and Higashi-Ginza subway stations are within a five-minute walk. What's more, upon departure, we discovered that getting to Haneda Airport was incredibly convenient: just take the Toei Line directly from the Higashi-Ginza Kabuki-za Theatre entrance. It's a direct 25-minute journey with no transfers, which was a huge relief when traveling with luggage.
The room size is quite generous by Tokyo standards. It features a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and a thoughtfully designed, comfortable layout. Traveling as a family, we were impressed that the room comfortably accommodated three 1.2-meter beds and three suitcases.
Finally, I have to commend the excellent service. The hotel environment was pristine and felt brand new. A lovely touch was the complimentary Western-style soup offered as a late-night snack every evening after 9:30 PM.
Highly recommend! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo.
Room 513. When I’ve arrived, the aircon was dripping on the bed. The lady just moved the bed to the center of the room, so water kept dripping on the floor😥 then, it was constant noise, probably from ventilation, I don’t know, but it was just causing me a headache. The shower, well you see it on the picture. No one thought of cleaning the room or simply taking the trash out in 5 days I’ve been there. It’s just a door between the rooms with the holes you literally can see another person through. Not talking about soundproofing
But
They do have free tea, coffee, clean towels you can take everyday, washing machine and the location is good. The price is great for the location and a private room

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in Ginza, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, especially for luxury brands, with high-end boutiques at every turn.
The only real highlight of the hotel is the view of Tokyo Tower from the lobby; otherwise, there's nothing particularly special about it.
The staff were quite friendly. Despite me not speaking Japanese or English, the front desk used a translation device to communicate, making the check-in process very smooth.
Given that it's Ginza, Tokyo, where space is at a premium, the room size was actually quite decent.
Disposable slippers need to be requested from the front desk, while disposable toiletries are available for self-collection by the elevator.
The toilet in my room didn't have an automatic flush function, and I'm unsure if this was the case for other rooms. Moreover, the flush was incredibly loud – loud enough to definitely wake up anyone sleeping if you used it in the middle of the night.
Additionally, there were loud motorbikes passing by at night. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend contacting the hotel in advance to request a quieter room.

The room was a decent size and very comfortable, featuring large windows and excellent air conditioning. Its prime location is a major advantage, with shopping malls and a plethora of dining options right downstairs. Subway access is incredibly convenient, and Tokyo Station is just 985 meters away, a mere 10-minute walk.
The hotel lobby is located on the third floor, and the front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating. They offer currency exchange, amenities for loan, and complimentary toiletries (including shaving kits for men), which was greatly appreciated.
Laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor: 300 JPY for a wash cycle and 500 JPY for dry cleaning. The machines include a 1-minute self-cleaning cycle, and detergent is automatically dispensed.
Despite its central and bustling location, the room was remarkably quiet.
Housekeeping is provided every three days, but daily cleaning can be requested if preferred.
The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the cotton linens felt wonderfully soft against the skin. This was a major plus, far superior to the Shinsaibashi Bridge Hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room size and bed are perfectly comfortable.
The location couldn’t be better—it’s close to multiple train lines, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Ginza shopping area is just a short walk away, which was perfect for enjoying the shops and restaurants. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel was quiet at night, so I got a great night’s sleep each night.
There’s also a family mart n lawson store nearby, which made grabbing snacks and essentials super easy.
Overall, this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone wanting easy access to Tokyo’s main attractions with all the comforts of a quiet, convenient stay! The staffs at the reception are welcoming and friendly too. This will be my favourite hotel in Tokyo.

WWariyukiWe rented this hotel as it’s close to part of the journey of the Tokyo Run 2025. The twin room is too small to allow us to open two luggages at the same time. The table and sofa are useful but the table may be too big that make the space in room a bit small. My room had small strange / sour smell though it’s not too unbearable fortunately or unfortunately 🥲. It’s not the most convenient location though it’s quite close to metro and Ginza/Tokyo stations.
GGuest UserOverall stay is okay if you don’t expect much. However the makeup room service policy is very confusing especially when you asked the cleaner if there’s a makeup room service today. Her answer is always NO! Just change towels and rubbish bags. We had to always call reception to ask and only 2 makeup room services( change bedsheets only) in our 8nights stay. Dirty sinks and dusty room when we finally checked out.
Plus points- nearby a few train lines and the microwave oven in the room.
Pictures are taken when we checkin.
GGuest UserWe travel with our teenager daughter, the hotel room was very spacious. Our sister and husband stayed adjacent from our room. The washroom was very clean and modern with automatic bidets. We had great 3 nights stays.
The location was great, near the MTR, walking distance to shops & Malls. So many very good Sushi and Authentic Ramen restaurants, also western restaurants, minimarts around the hotel.

Hhuibin caiThe location is the main draw, for it is near many stations on different lines, and is easy to get to. (About 4 min walk from nearest station). A plus if you enjoy specialty coffee and bar. Facilities are clean and rooms are relatively big for Tokyo! Toilets are clean and well maintained.
AAnonymous UserOverall, it was good, and breakfast is provided in the morning. Although I booked a room with a window, there wasn't really a view outside, and the room had a slight odor. However, both the service and facilities were quite good. Keep up the great work!

ККирилл 93Hello everyone! A year ago we went to Tokyo and stayed in a nearby hotel, this time we couldn't check into the same hotel as last time, that hotel suited everyone perfectly. This one is a bit dirty, but there is more storage space. The breakfast is traditional Japanese, the same thing every day, no choice... Overall, everything is not bad, but breakfast is such a pleasure...
WWinkyhwyWith the price they offered, they provided all the necessary amenities including Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. A good and compact place to stay i have no complaints
MMiori FeatheredUnique thing about this hotel is its check in and out system that you can complete on your phone. It is very convenient and you don't have to worry about arriving late for check in and missing the reception desk's cloing time. However the drawback is that you have to enter your credit card info in order to register yourself on the online portal for the procedures.
