I was very satisfied. The breakfast spread was excellent and diverse; I stayed for ten consecutive days and ate breakfast at the hotel every morning, and it never got repetitive. My absolute favorites were the Eggs Benedict and the Japanese breakfast. The hotel's front desk staff had no issues communicating in English and always offered a friendly greeting whenever we entered or left. The restaurant staff were also very warm and welcoming.

The service was incredibly warm and friendly. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, keeping the rooms spotless. The location was fantastic, making it very easy to get around. You can conveniently walk to places like Kaminarimon and Kiyomizu-dera, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic!!! It's located close to Skytree and Senso-ji Temple. The service here is truly top-notch, making it arguably one of the best hostels in Tokyo. There's a laundry room with dryers available. The second-floor lobby features a cafe with a wide selection of drinks. You'll also find many Westerners here, which is great for chatting and socializing.

We came from Osaka to Tokyo and stayed here for three nights. The hotel has a simple, minimalist design and is quite clean, though definitely not luxurious – think more along the lines of an Atour Hotel in China. What's really great and thoughtful is that the toilet, shower, and sink are all separated, which is very user-friendly. Plus, there's ample space for luggage. We booked a room with three beds, and surprisingly, both kids were fighting over who got to sleep on the sofa bed! Our room offered views of the Tokyo Skytree, and it was very close to Sensoji Temple. The neighborhood was quiet, almost residential, yet incredibly convenient with plenty of dining options. There's a supermarket and a pharmacy right downstairs, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Ichiran Ramen and Lawson are just a 2-minute walk away, and Don Quijote is only a 3-minute walk. There's also a ramen shop at the corner that I actually found even better than Ichiran. The hotel's main building is just across the crosswalk, and there's an airport shuttle bus stop right outside, but the timing didn't work out for us, so we didn't take it. Overall, our stay here was excellent, and we've been quite nostalgic about it since returning home.

The hotel is in very strategic location, 3 minutes walk Tawaramachi St (ginza line) and 10 minutes walk to Asakusa St (Haneda Airport line) which made getting around super easy.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room itself was quite small.
Overall, a great choice!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was clean, safe, and well-maintained. The reception staff were incredibly helpful—especially one lady who went out of her way to assist us when we had trouble forwarding our luggage to our next accommodation, which didn’t support this service. She made several calls on our behalf to sort it out.
We chose a room with a stunning view, and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel is within walking distance of the station, and there are plenty of shops nearby. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely recommend this place. I’d happily stay here again.

MMuji1754We stayed in bunk bed room. It was fun but very small. We’re like in train cabin haha. But we liked the hotel and onsen. Onsen needs some cleaning. The location of the hotel was good. We liked the most was the breakfast !!!! Walking distance to Asakusa temple. Of course we loved free drinks in the lobby. Overall we liked this hotel.

EElisabhetaeWe were happy with everything! The perfect location for exploring Tokyo: 4 minutes from the metro, two metro lines nearby, which are very convenient. Norme is new and clean, we had room 201. The description says that it is a one-room number, but in fact it was 3 rooms! Norme is spacious and large! Everything is clean, a comfortable bathroom, in the toilet you can open the window and look out onto the street, we also liked that. The room is in a modern Japanese style, there is a tatami with a Japanese table for meals, we always had dinner on the tatami. The photos completely match the description! The perfect place!

YyidamAs it's a Japanese-style room, they've opted for a rather long entrance hall, which unfortunately makes the bedroom feel a bit cramped. However, despite the compact size, it's incredibly well-equipped. All essential amenities are provided, and even the bathroom isn't small, making it perfectly sufficient for a solo traveler to relax and unwind.
Right outside the hotel, there's a vibrant array of eateries, somewhat akin to Chinese street food stalls, making the evenings very lively. Plus, it's conveniently close to the subway station.
The top floor boasts a public bath and sauna, while the lounge area provides a free ice machine and complimentary ice cream. They even offer a free bowl of soba noodles in the evenings, which collectively makes it truly excellent value for money.
Self-service laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are also available on the top floor. You'll need to ask staff to activate them, and there's a charge for the dryer.

TTiffany CheongThe hotel is nice and clean and is big enough. The only one thing is the hotel is quite far away from the subway. It takes around 10 min to walk from the subway. It is quite exhausting to walk that far after a long day. Aside from this, others things are good.

GGuest UserThe location is quite good, with views of the Skytree, very close to the subway, and plenty of dining options nearby. A convenience store downstairs is handy for picking up breakfast for the next morning. The only downside is that the room was a bit cramped, making it difficult to fully open a suitcase. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory.

JJinsitangqianyanFacilities: basically complete
Hygiene: OK
Environment: Indoor is OK. The outside is a bit unexpected and I dare not recognize it.
Service: Yes
The location is very good. It is very convenient for transportation, eating and shopping. There is no elevator on the 4th floor, so you need to bear the weight of your luggage.

WWeena_NokI ain't sure why a lot of people left a very bad comment regarding this property, the room size is quite big compared with JP standard (we got room at 6 floor with 2 beds (5ft size) for 2 person) the location is good (a walking distance to Kuramae station 200-350m (for Toei Asakura & Oedo line), surrounded with good restaurants such as Ramen, Tonkatsu (authentic one open since 1977), origin Japan (ready to eat JP meals & side dishes), etc. including a good Patisserie shops, a convenience stores (Lawson, Family mart, 7-11, local supermarket). Yes they have a rule regarding towels (1/ea/2 nights) & cleaning services (not on daily basis but if you want you can ask them to do), the guy at the receptionist may not always smile but if you asked something he's always respond & support, they have a common area (2nd floor) which there is kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dining table, couches and air conditioning (and they are allowed us to use with free of charge) personally my friend & I would booked this hotel if we visit Tokyo next time.

GGuest UserStayed 3 nights and was a good base to explore Tokyo from. Close to metro lines, shops & restaurants. The rooms were compact but larger than a hotel room and nicely decorated. Well equipped with appliances, kitchenware, dinnerware, toiletries etc. Very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The 2 futons less so but we were so tired after long days of sight seeing we slept well. Would stay again.
