The hotel is conveniently located above the Koenji Station, just several minutes from Shinjuku by train. The room rate for each night is reasonably cheaper when compared with those in Shinjuku. The restaurant for breakfast is on the second floor with a good choice of set menu including western and Japanese style. It's not a buffet, yet it's still tasty and adequate for us! The receptionist has helped us enthusiastically to extend our stay for two more days and satisfied all our requests. All kinds of restaurants and convenient shops can be found within a few minutes' walk. We highly recommend this hotel.
Staff very nice and helpful, have ladies' level and exclusive ladies healing room, after a full day shopping I can enjoy massage chair in that room it's a really super nice facility.
location close to metro just few mins walk, definitely will come back next time!
Good price and sooooooo GOOD LOCATION not to far from train station, walk around 3-5 minutes from station. And it easily to take the train to Shinjuku because you haven’t change the train line. The room is small but not the problem but i can’t find the way to close the heaters and open the air conditioner, so i had to open the window at night for the cold weather for good sleeping. 👍🏻 the hotel will be remain in my list for next trip if i’d have plan to visiting Tokyo.
I visited tokyo just to watch concert and decided to stay here because it is located in the middle between the concert venue and Haneda airport. This place is easy to reach by train/metro. The location is in fairly busy alley, since I arrived at the hostel by 11pm, the alley was already quite and many shops were closed. The room was quite clean and the heater worked well. The people who stay in there were very friendly. Overall it was nice experience to stay here

Very Good
梁梁元諾I recently stayed at Laffitte Tokyo West and had a pleasant experience. The new building is clean and well-maintained, providing a quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation.
One of the highlights is its convenience; it's only a 30-minute trip to Shinjuku, making it easy to explore the city.
However, be aware that there is no lift, so you'll need to navigate the stairs, which may be a consideration for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
The amenities are satisfactory, with towels, sockets, and even toothpaste and a brush provided, which added to the convenience of my stay.
Overall, I would recommend Laffitte Tokyo West for those looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place to stay in Tokyo!
