This is my second stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Gotanda Tokyo, and I've been thoroughly impressed overall. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for future trips.
**Facilities:** The rooftop outdoor onsen is a major highlight; it was actually the main reason I decided to rebook. It's wonderfully relaxing to soak in after a long day of sightseeing.
**Cleanliness:** The hotel is exceptionally clean, with meticulous housekeeping.
**Environment:** The ambiance is excellent, and it's incredibly quiet. The soundproofing is superb – you can barely hear any noise from neighboring rooms or from outside.
**Service:** The staff were outstanding. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and their English communication skills were excellent.

The hotel is excellent. The staff speaks English, they are responsive, polite, and ready to help with any issue. The room is fairly spacious, located just across the street from a subway station, and there’s a huge AEON MALL nearby. Breakfast offers a good variety of dishes. Not a single drawback. Highly recommended to everyone.

I had a pleasant stay at MYSTAYS. The location was convenient, rated 4/5, making it easy to explore the area. Cleanliness was also good, earning a 4/5. The service was friendly and accommodating, contributing to a positive experience. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay! Highly recommend!

Great amenities and apartment space, especially their beds, washer and dryer. Though the walk from Gotanda station was tiring, given that my group was lugging heavy luggages. It was much easier to alight at Osakihirokoji station rather than Gotanda station.
The final check-in process at the apartment door was annoying since the Ipad was placed way too high for myself to be properly verified for the access code.

I had a wonderful experience at LOISIR Hotel Shinagawa Seaside. The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating – they even allowed us an early check-in, which made a big difference after a long journey. The location is fantastic in terms of connectivity. The metro station is conveniently located right in the basement of the hotel, and there's a bus stop just outside the entrance. This made getting around Tokyo super easy and stress-free. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and unbeatable convenience!
There are no hotels in the Meguro area, so this was my first capsule hotel!
It seems to be new, so the facilities were clean overall!
The only thing that bothered me was the smell in front of the elevator as you entered the building.
Don't worry, the shower rooms and toilets were also clean.
It seemed like 80% of the guests were from overseas, but everyone was very quiet and well-mannered!
There is no door to the sleeping space, but there is a screen!

This is not the first time I stayed in JR East Hotel Mets Premier Gotanda. The reason I chose this hotel again was not only because of the location (it sits right on top of the Gotanda station which is very convenient), but also because of the super friendly staff.
For instance, I asked the receptionists where I could pick up a sim card for my phone in nearby store. They not only searched it for me, but also printed out the map to show me how to get them. They did one further: They called the store to ensure that they had the card. The other occasion was, I wanted to go to a restaurant but I only got the address, the staff googled it, printed out the map and gave me thorough instructions how to get there. I appreciated their service very much.
The room is not super big, but good enough for two people. It is clean, and it separates the shower area and the washroom area, which is very nice.
One thing I really like in the room is the mini massager; I used it every single night to smooth my back and legs. Since I enjoyed it so much, I bought one home.
For sure I will stay in this hotel again next time when I visit Tokyo.

Toothbrushes, soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were provided in individual packets for each guest.
The room was clean and spacious enough for six people.
The washing machine was a drum type with a dryer.
Tableware was also provided, which was convenient.
Unfortunately, there was some noticeable limescale inside the electric kettle.
There was a Family Mart about a five-minute walk away, making shopping easy.

This hotel is a little way from Gotanda Station so if you don’t mind the 9 minute walk and it’s worth the price difference then it’s okay. The hotel stay was okay, it was relatively clean for a business hotel but not as thoroughly clean as some higher end hotels. The comforter was stained which was a bit disappointing to see. I stayed 5 nights and it was fine, however I wouldn’t stay again. The service from the staff was standard.

Very nice and helpful staff! The rooms are cleaned every day. Beautiful and clean rooms. They laid out a double futon, it was very soft to sleep. On the floor there is a Japanese-style bath, it was great to lie in it.
It would be better if it was possible to do laundry at the hotel.

KKimWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet location, but with good connections and excellent, friendly service. The houseboat's amenities rounded it all off. We would love to come back.

Great
GGuest UserA major surprise of this trip:
Gotanda, a vibrant city, is surrounded by a wealth of restaurants and dining options at reasonable prices.
Gotanda Station is only an 8-minute walk away, and there's a Tokyu store at the station where you can buy fresh groceries, with half-price discounts after 8 PM.
The hotel is new, well-equipped, and the rooms are unusually large for Tokyo. The deluxe room I booked was more than enough for four people.

Great
SShanlanjiAlthough the single room in the hotel is not big, this is the usual style of hotels in Tokyo, so it is not a big problem. The breakfast is very rich, with Japanese-style rice, natto, miso, side dishes, Western-style omelette, sausage salad, various breads, butter and jams. The drinks are also varied and delicious. Evening guests will be given drink tokens, which can be exchanged for drinks at the hotel's designated vending machines. It is close to Oimachi Station, and it is very convenient to take the Rinkai Line, Saikyo Line, etc.

GGuest UserIt was with kitchen, tableware and cooking equipment, but I couldn't feel clean overall.
The switches in the microwave oven have oil stains that fall off when wiped, and the tableware was stored under the sink, but it didn't feel like they were placed very carefully. I wanted you to prepare at least a new dish sponge.
There are two stoves, but the cooking utensils are only one frying pan, a 100-yen kitchen knife with a dull sharpness, a dirty cutting board, and a frying return.
The vicinity of the washing machine was not very clean and I didn't feel like using it.
Considering the price, it was reasonable as a facility, but it lacked the cleanliness of the whole.
There were some poor points in the disinfectant at the entrance on the 1st floor, such as hand soap for some reason.
This time, it is used by two people, and it is not a person who doesn't care about the details, but it is still worried, and the use of the nervous person is not very much, but it cannot be recommended.
However, since the price and location are all wonderful words, I don't want you to make everything shiny, but I want you to be clean enough to not give you discomfort.
