Location: 9/10 The location is excellent, just 7-10 minutes from the metro station. On your way back to the hotel, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores. Service: 8/10 The check-in process is efficient and prompt, with key cards prepared in advance. It takes about 5 minutes to complete the check-in. Facilities: 9/10 The hotel features a spacious communal bath on the rooftop, offering both indoor and outdoor areas for guests to relax. Room Size: 7.5/10 Typical of Tokyo accommodations, the room size is modest. The hotel located next to JR station, really convenient to reach ginza, shibuya, shinjuku, ebisu, etc. Hotel staffs are really nice and the room is spacious and clean. Amenities could be collected at the front desks; convenient stores around, definitely worth the price for staying!

Great location: you can see the hotel from Platform 2 (JR Yamanote Line) of Gotanda Station (see pix taken after check-out). Staff are friendly and eager to help. Never had a problem finding someone who spoke English. Our twin room lacked a closet and only had 7 or so clothes hangers, but the beds were comfortable. The toilet/bath were clean with strong running water. Other amenities were a flatscreen TV, electric kettle with tea sachets, a small ref and a hair dryer. There was also a room on the same floor with a microwave and ice machine. On the ground floor was a Family Mart and an Izakaya with a friendly, informal vibe. The second floor had an Italian restaurant that served pretty good pasta. This was also the breakfast place, but I never tried it. In a 60-meter radius, you could find all types of restaurants. There were also girly bars nearby, but we never felt unsafe. On our last date, its proximity to the station made our trip to Narita pretty early in the morning-- first trip to Shinagawa and the Keikyu Narita Express is at 4.50+AM-- pretty easy. Really a great location.

Location: Fantastic. This hotel entrance is located right in front of the Asakusa line metro(Stairs only) The JR station is a few minutes away from the hotel. There are many food options nearby and a 7-11 is right next to the hotel. Service: The counter staff are great and there is light housekeeping (change of towels and clearing of trash) Amenities: There are amenities like brushes and etc at the front desk. There is also a hot water/ coffee dispenser in the lobby. There is a separate ice machine as well.

The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable and bigger also. Important is the available charging stations which is enough and just besides your bed. Its not too far from Gotanda stn, just a 3min walk

Location is excellent, directly across the bridge from the train station. Room is clean and spacious for 3 person.

I had a wonderful experience at LOISIR Hotel Shinagawa Seaside. The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating – they even allowed us an early check-in, which made a big difference after a long journey. The location is fantastic in terms of connectivity. The metro station is conveniently located right in the basement of the hotel, and there's a bus stop just outside the entrance. This made getting around Tokyo super easy and stress-free. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and unbeatable convenience!

Great location, just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the metro station. Navigating the Tokyo Metro is super easy, and I used Google Maps, which provides step-by-step directions. It’s an efficient and affordable way to get around Tokyo—much faster and cheaper than a taxi. Don’t be afraid to use the subway; you won’t get lost, and you can always ask for help. Almost everyone speaks English. The hotel is nice and clean, with a friendly and helpful lobby staff. Everyone speaks English. I recommend adding breakfast to your booking—you won’t be disappointed. One minor downside of this hotel is the airport shuttle. The intervals between pickups from Haneda Airport are over an hour, so I opted for Uber, which cost me about 4300 yen—cheaper than an airport taxi and more comfortable. MYSTAYS also provides an airport drop-off service, but only until 11:50 AM. Other than that, everything was great. Whenever I travel to China via Tokyo, I stay at MYSTAYS. Both MYSTAYS Narita and MYSTAYS Omori are excellent hotels. Attention MYSTAYS staff: Please consider adding a couple of complimentary water bottles to the rooms.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay at VIA INN SHINAGAWA OIMACHI JR-WEST GROUP I stayed at Via Inn Hotel for 6 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room, though compact, was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and the daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. The location is a major highlight, just a short walk from OIMACHI station, making it easy to explore Tokyo and beyond. The area is filled with restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes, so I never had to go far for meals or essentials. I highly recommend Via Inn Hotel for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service—I’d gladly stay here again!

I stayed overnight without meals. There was a kitchen and a microwave, which was very useful! It was a shame that the drainage in the bathroom was poor. It was a little far from Shinagawa Station, but it was located in a shopping district with convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants, so it was comfortable!
