I stayed 2 nights and it was normal not so good and not so bad.
Good: until Aug, there is bus to haneda airport from Ariake Garden.
Location is also good if you choose this, it needed time to go to uptown, and need to use Yurikamome.
Front desk and other communicatinos were normal and not really felt Omotenashi - this is Ariake area and may not normal.
The view from the room was not good. Considering this spot is bit unique in Tokyo, there is no lounge or meeting room to rental unless it is from school or company with some amount of event which was bit not match with Ariake area where event and business guests' needs may be in using those urgent meeting option.
Breakfast was crowded even in weekday but the menu was quite good.
Staying at a 5-star hotel in Tokyo for just over 800 [currency implied], with rooms exceeding 20 square meters, truly offers exceptional value for money. The breakfast spread is incredibly extensive and delicious. This has essentially become our go-to hotel whenever we're in Tokyo; my wife has even declared that this is where we'll be staying exclusively from now on! The entire Toyosu district feels very new and modern, and it's conveniently located right opposite the Senkyakubanrai complex.
The hotel is located very close to Toyosu market, perfect place to watch live tuna auction early morning 05:30-06:30am, after that have a hearty sashimi breakfast in various restaurants nearby. Carpark is at discounted rate of ¥1500/day.

Everything about the hotel is good except for buffet hotel staff two are very rude and you can't choose where you want to sit . There are many nicer seats but they will lead you to the ugly seats and say seats are full in the nicer area.
Great Stay in Odaiba – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. Having a Lawson convenience store right inside the building was super convenient.
The service was friendly and professional, and getting around was easy — there's an airport bus available, which made arrival and departure stress-free.
If you're planning to stay in the Odaiba area, I definitely recommend this hotel. Great location, great service, and everything you need in one place!
Excellent hotel with stunning views and outstanding service 👌
We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu Premier during our trip to Japan, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and an incredible view of Tokyo Bay. The floor-to-ceiling windows and overall quietness make it feel like a peaceful escape right in the heart of the city.
The public bath on the 36th floor is a real highlight. It offers a relaxing atmosphere and breathtaking night views of Tokyo. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The location is perfect: directly connected to the subway, and close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the Toyosu fish market.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a great location in Tokyo. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Clean hotel, nice view and friendly staff.
Supermarket next door, close to bus and train line.
Only issue certain dates pool availability is only 1pm to 5pm and no children under 16 after 5pm. This make it extremely difficult to utilise the pool at the end of a day.
The cost to use the pool was very expensive $120 AUD for 1 x Adult and 2 x Child per use.
I stayed here for almost a week. At check-in, the hotel told me that there’s no housekeeping service included. If you want it, you have to pay extra, and even trash needs to be taken out by yourself to the bins outside.
There’s no change of bed sheets or pillowcases, but you can swap towels at the front desk every day. Bathroom amenities are available to pick up at the lobby.
The room is typical Japanese style—quite compact. You can’t really open two 23-inch suitcases at the same time, so one has to go under the bed.
There’s no safe or wardrobe in the room, but there is a minibar and a microwave.
The location is not far from Kameido Station, with a Lawson nearby and the Kameido Clocks mall around. It’s a bit outside the city center, but getting around is still convenient.
It's very small. it's suit for 1 person 😂 very very very near to metro station (toyocho sta.) ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง นี่ได้ยินเสียงกรนห้องข้างๆด้วยอะ สะอาด มีamenityให้หยิบที่ล็อบบี้ มีพนง.ถึงตีหนึ่ง หลังจากนั้นมีตู้ kiosk check-in/check-out ออกเอง สะดวกมากๆ รอบๆก็สงบ มีร้านอาหาร/lawson/family mart/yamazaki/matsukiyoใกล้ๆ ดีดีดี
Location is very close to JR station, walk 3 minutes, walk to JR station next to the shopping mall, rooms for 1-2 people to live, definitely enough space, quite clean and tidy, enter the door will have a small entrance, then walk into D first to the room, microwave and hot iron, toilet bathtub dry and wet separation, actually really comfortable. It adopts eco stay, basically no one will help you clean the room, the garbage is disposed of yourself, however it provides garbage bags for you to change, so I don't think it is a problem
This time because I had to late check in so I had to notify the hotel in advance, email contact them quickly replied to me, the whole process in English contact was no big problem.
Unfortunately, it may be too close to the next room, sometimes if the next room moves so that the bed accidentally hits the wall, you will hear a little bumping sound, however it is not a big problem.
Secondly, there are too few staff.
Overall, it's actually really good, the room is big and the price is not expensive, it's actually quite cheap to have such a large room at this price point

Outstanding
AAnonymous Usermy group stayed here safely and comfortably. we were looking for a futon bedroom and they provided it nicely.
CChina 浩The room was excellent, and I've stayed here three times before. My only minor complaint is that they only provide one complimentary bottle of water per day, and they wouldn't give me more even when I asked, which was quite awkward. I hope this is something they can improve.
GGuest UserHygienic: excellent, spotless;
Environment: very quiet, no noise;
Service: The service staff can speak English and the service attitude is very good;
Facilities: The facilities are very complete, there are some high-tech, snacks and a bottle of Japanese sake in the room.
GGuest UserThe room was large, clean, and tidy. The front desk lady was very humble, generous, helpful, and considerate. She didn't know how to turn on the hot water at first, but she opened our slippers for us. She answered every question and was very detailed. Smoking is allowed at the hotel entrance, which is perfect for smokers. There are many small and large supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The subway is very close. This is the most comfortable, convenient, and memorable hotel I've stayed in Japan.
TT.K.H.Out of four different hotels I have stayed during the Japan trip. This is the only hotel did not provide mineral waters as a basic.
Was told the tap water from the bathroom tap is good to drink.
Room a bit small and hard to walk around.
Not far from train station and nearby has plenty of food to eat. Also near supermarket.
__yt12716****The hotel is very new. You can only enter after 4 o'clock. Breakfast is included from 6:30 to 9 o'clock. The room is very clean, but it is noisy facing the street. If you have luggage, take the subway from 4a. There is an elevator. There is no elevator at exit 3. It is very close to the subway station, 100 meters away. You have to check out at 10 o'clock. They will not help you clean the room, but they will give you a change of towels and pajamas. It is very suitable for traveling alone. You can buy a 72-hour Tokyo subway ticket, which is very convenient to use together. There are also many restaurants nearby. The best solution for traveling alone on a budget. Kiba is where the early cherry blossoms bloom. It is now available.
JJo MarieWe loved almost everything about this hotel. The price, the location and the cleanliness. Toiletries, slippers and bath robes are also always readily available in front of the elevator so you wont forget to take what you need before you go to your room.
Our only concern was you cant leave your luggage for free. We had to use the coin lockers (500yen per locker) at the lobby but other than that, the hotel is very good for couples and families who would like to stay at a quiet area.
GGuest UserIt was easy to check in.
Free umbrella to use.
English Receptionist.
There is a smoking area.
The room was spacious and was nice inside the room.
There is a vending machine.
Overall experience was great.
You can leave your things in the lobby.
It is very near to the train station.
