I got this room with the good price. The room is excellent. Large and there is projector. The location is great. There is supermarket nearby and the public parking fee is not too expensive.
The apartment hotel is located in residential area, very secluded and quiet. The access is very convenient, near to Komagome Station, connected by Yamanote Line and Tokyo Metro Namboku Line. Convenient stores, supermarket, drugstore, restaurant are also nearby.
Our unit is located at 4th floor. There is no lift, and the stairs is quite narrow. There is no front desk, only self check-in machine.
There are 1 double bed and 2 single beds in one bedroom. Beds are nice and comfy. There are living room with Smart TV and pantry with medium fridge, stove, microwave, rice cooker, and utensils. Bathroom and toilet are separated by a corridors with wash basin and washing machine. The unit is big enough for us with 4 big luggage.
Overall, we are a family with 2 kids, and are very satisfied with the unit. We will certainly come back again, if we visit Tokyo again.
Everything was fine at this hotel.
The staff was there; there were free drinks; a welcome drink from the vending machine; the laundry service was great—thank you!
BUT: I have NEVER had such a small room in Japan. And I know Japanese hotels. No problem!
Unfortunately, this room was much too small. Sorry!

Pros
- 5-minute walk from the subway station
- There is a Lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel and a 7-Eleven 2-minute walk away
- The area around the hotel is a typical residential area, so the neighborhood is pretty and the atmosphere is comfortable, which was nice
- The interior of the room is very clean
- The hot water comes out well and the water pressure is strong, so there was no inconvenience when showering
- The bathroom is well ventilated and the water drains well
- The heating is good, so I didn't have to suffer from the cold while staying at the accommodation
- The bed is soft and the blanket is warm, so I slept well every night
Cons
- No elevator
The best accommodation, except for the fact that I have to carry my luggage up and down the stairs because there is no elevator.
I was contacted by the so-called third-party overseas company to contact the hotel manager. When we arrived at the hotel door in heavy rain and wind, there was no one there. No one explained how to check in when I called. Fortunately, a foreign tourist in the homestay helped me contact the manager. After waiting for nearly ten minutes, the manager came over and said: The platform can no longer accommodate us, and the phone number left is not our phone number at all. However, the manager came and helped us solve other problems, and was very kind to turn on the air conditioner and replace the bed quilt cover. I am satisfied 👍! Recommended.
We needed a comfortable place to sleep in a good location. The hotel met all these criteria. It's a single-family apartment building. We liked the area because it's quiet and peaceful, with cafes and shops nearby, plus the metro is within walking distance (two stations), about a 5-7-minute walk.
It was clean and had the necessary amenities for a stay, such as dental kit, towels, a hairdryer, gel and shampoo, and more. The kitchen has dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a washing machine. Self-check-in was quick and easy.
We booked a triple room—it's fine for two people, but the room is a bit small for three adults, maximum two adults and a child.
One suggestion: more hangers in the room, as there's no full-size closet.
Three of us stayed for a week and then booked again. Getting to the house is very easy. House location is perfect, close to the metro, and you can get everywhere with a single metro (maximum 1 transfer). There are two family markets and affordable restaurants very close to the house. The house has air conditioning, a microwave, kitchenware, a hairdryer, a hair straightener, a washing machine, and a television. The room is a bit small but functional. If you don't plan to spend much time in house, I highly recommend it.
This was my first time in Japan, so I checked out a B&B and was pleasantly surprised. The room, while small, was perfectly furnished and kept very clean. The landlady and her daughter were incredibly welcoming, making it feel like home. The room was fully stocked with toiletries, had a 24-hour hot water heater, and even offered self-catering and a washing machine. My child and I are both struggling, and the landlady took such great care of us. I sincerely thank her and her daughter. I hope you'll visit me in Beijing someday. I'll definitely visit you again next time I'm in Japan. Thank you!

Outstanding
MmetrohenryWe had a nice stay in LiLi House which is in a tranquil residential community with 5 to 10 minutes easy walking from JR Yamamoto line or Tokyo Metro Namboku line station. The high street next to the JR station has essential shops and restaurants for necessities and food. Alternatively, the kitchen in LiLi House is well equipped for any cooks who wanna show off their cullinary skills. The three storey house with 3 bedrooms, 2 WCs and a separate room for shower and bath is new and decent, and should be hassle free with friends living together. We enjoy our stay very much and highly recommended this accommodation!
Ssam_myThe first time I went, the place was not very easy to find. Once I found it, I will definitely remember this place. There is Aeon on the street and a bread shop on the opposite street. It is very delicious! ! The power in the room is a bit unstable, but as long as you don’t turn on the high-power electrical appliances at once, there is no problem. The overall feeling is comfortable, there is no mosquito, and a household is built.
CCicottPerfect hotel to stay when you’re in Tokyo especially if you enjoy calm & peaceful environment. Akabane is just a perfect area with public transportation access few minutes away and lovely neighbourhood. This hotel is ultimately perfect; top notch cleanliness, spacious room (bigger than most boutique hotel in japan), helpful staff, unlimited amenities, free drinks, washing machine, dryer, microwave and ice cube machines available. Honestly, what more could you ask for? Highly recommended and I’ll definitely come back!
HHUNG CHI-YUThe service was overall great, the staff was very considerate when i made a mistake on the check out time. The check out time was supposed to be 11am but they gave us 30 mins to check out. The amenities are also great! You can get whatever you need on the 3rd floor reception. They also have laundry self service on the 6th floor. Location is very accessible as it is very near the train station. There are lots of shops and restaurants.
GGuest UserThis is so far the best value for money hotel I have stayed in Tokyo in the last forty years. Akabane may not be a popular area for visitors, but I can assure you this is a very convenient location. The hotel is very close to train station and many train routes to Shinjuku, Ueno, Tokyo plus more. The hotel is modern and the room is large and clean, even the toilet, washing basin and shower area are all separated. You have to pay double or three times more in other hotels. There are many eating outlets around the hotel and they are excellent and much cheaper than other popular areas. The hotel even offer free afternoon tea between 3-5pm. You should try to stay at this hotel and use Akanane as a base to explore Tokyo.

Elevator to swipe room card
The suitcases in the room are spread out, but there is no luggage rack.
There are only two hangers. More and a better one.
Bathroom Tokyo is normal small
Toiletries can be brought if you care
Posting without cleaning the card will hang the spare parts on the door every day
The top light is dark and the bedside lamp is turned on.
The pillow in the room is a small one, and I have a plane neck pillow under it.
TV is a smart TV, you can watch YouTube Netflix and the like
The room is clean and feels like it has been renovated
Very suitable for one person
JR has many lines, basically tourists want to go.
If you have a budget but don't want to live in a horrible old hotel, come here.

OokankIt was about a 5-minute walk from the station.
The staff also seemed to work at a music studio, and served customers while working in the restaurant.
I thought it was a nice guesthouse, with clean rooms and bathrooms.
Even though it was a weekday, the 4-person rooms were full and it is very popular.
There are spacious shared spaces (the restaurant and the entrance) where you can use the PC, etc., and free drinkable water is also provided.
Also, the accommodation space is on the second floor and above, and the bathroom is separated from the first floor, so you can use the hair dryer without worrying, even at night.
Hair dryers, bath towels, etc. are provided.
However, I think it is safer to bring your own towels.
Toothbrushes are not provided.
