It was very comfortable.
All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, dishes, tissues, and even an iron.
There are four rooms, so it's perfect for staying with family or friends.
There's also a washing machine, so it's perfect for long-term stays.
Equipment for drying laundry was also provided.
Best of all, it's close to the station and there's a parking lot nearby where you can park cheaply at night.
I would definitely stay here again.
Absolutely amazing hotel! The beds are so comfortable I slept like a pif each night. There are a lot of free amenities such as PJs, lotions and you can even change your pillow to the hardness you like.
From 5-8pm there's free pour welcome alcoholic drinks so my friends and I spent most of our evenings at the lobby area.
The morning free breakfast selection and quality is the best I've been to (even compare to starred hotels) and it changes everyday!
We used the laundry as well. It's 100 yen each for washing and drying (30mins each) which is sp affordable! They provide free laundry liquid too.
Located close to the station in a small quaint town but it was a great place to wind down after a month's travel.
I cannot recommend this hotel more. Will definitely stay in more Super hotel chains!!
First of all, let me talk about the location. It is quite convenient. It takes less than 8 minutes to walk from Shin-Koiwa subway station. There are many food stores and beauty stores nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. It should be an older hotel. The internal facilities are old and the rooms are very small. The front desk has poor English and communication is impossible. The room is still opened by key, which feels very old. The price for last-minute booking is relatively high. It may be cheaper if you book in advance.

10 points! Recommended for solo travelers or couples. Location: 10 points! The subway station is within a 5-minute walk. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores are all nearby. Location: 10/10. Facilities: 10/10. Transportation: 10/10. Value: 10/10. If you're traveling alone, I can't imagine why you wouldn't stay here.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The room was clean, well-appointed, and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. Location-wise, it was conveniently situated near shops and restaurants, yet still felt peaceful. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, service, and value.
The best Tokyo accommodation I've ever been to.
This is a trip to Tokyo with 3 people including myself. It was harder to find a hotel with 3 beds in central Tokyo than I thought, so I chose Airbnb that can use each room.
First of all, the accommodation is in the shopping street. When you come out from the nearest JR Shinkoi and the south exit of the station, you can see a ceiling-clogged shopping street, and if you walk all the way here, you will find the accommodation.
There are drugstore (4), convenience stores (2), marts (1), and other restaurants and small shopping facilities in the shopping street, so it is good to shop and eat on the way back to the hostel. When you shop in the drugstore while sightseeing, you have heavy hands all day, but it is convenient to shop on the way back to the hostel.
The accommodation is also very good. The quilt is clean and there is no dust in the room. The cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom is also excellent.
The dryer is windy, and the basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, cotton swab, and toothpaste are also well prepared. However, there is no bathrobe (pajamas) included in the accommodation description, so I bought it at a nearby convenience store and wore it. Please refer to those who are going.
The size of the room felt smaller than the picture, but the beds were king size, so they were comfortable for two people and the mattress on the quilt set was fluffy, so I slept well. There are four air conditioners in the living room, each room air conditioner.
Stay well. Next time I come to Tokyo again, I think I will choose Tomohouse rather than Tokyo hotels that feel narrow no matter how expensive it is.
GGuest UserFrom the tram station, we walked through a quiet residential area. It was not too far, but Google navigation was not very accurate. It was a house with local characteristics and affordable. Because it was a wooden house, the sound insulation was not very good, but everyone was relatively quiet at night.
