I had a comfortable time. I thought it would be easier if there was something like a hole to grab on the backrest of the chair. The breakfast was also very delicious! It was good that the brother at the front desk and the kind and training woman also served customers with a smile! I'm sad about the closing, but I'm happy for the staff

As a solo traveler, this was an excellent hotel with everything you could ask for. The night I arrived, I was completely lost so the lady at the front desk printed a map out for me and showed me where I could get a SIM card and exchange currency nearby. That really helped. They provided all of the necessary amenities and the room was very clean. The only knock I had was breakfast was the same everyday and not much to it. But the hotel is right next to the metro and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommended this hotel, in a quiet part of the city.

Location is nearby to tokyo metro tozai line and have nearby station around 300m from the hotel. Good thing the metro has escalator and lift for big luggage easy access. Room is wide and clean enough. Towel and nightgown is refresh everyday. There is laundry machine provided at 2nd floor as well. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. payment can be done with cash and credit card. Hotel location is nearby to disneyland and away from crowded area. Checkout is fast as well.

The hotel offers excellent amenities, including convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. The bathrooms are well-equipped, and the lobby is very relaxing. The fully self-service check-in feature is very advanced, and I suggest all hostels in Taiwan adopt this approach. Overall, this hostel exceeded my expectations and is a perfect experience. I look forward to staying there again.

The room is clean and tidy. The most rare thing is that the super cute and good-looking brother and sister downstairs can speak English. It is much easier to communicate. The hotel also prepared a lot of maps for tourists to use. Very considerate. There is free coffee downstairs in the hotel. Bath salts, makeup remover oil, facial cleanser and other disposable items. Breakfast has bread, yogurt, salad, mashed potatoes, eggs. The egg is slightly salty and sweet. The attitude of the service staff is very good and very nice. In addition, it is really close to the subway station, which is very convenient. There are some restaurants around. There is a ramen that is not bad. Another reason why I booked here is to go to Disney. It is very close to Disney in a straight line, but it takes more than an hour to take the subway, and it costs 3,000 yen to take a taxi. Fortunately, there is a bus next to the subway station, and it costs 330 yen per person, which is very cost-effective.

The concierge was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and offering assistance with transportation. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. I had a stunning view of the city skyline, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries and plush towels. Facilities: The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar, which provided a stunning panoramic view of the city — perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Dining: I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant each morning, and I was impressed with the variety and quality of the food. Fresh fruits, pastries, eggs made to order, and a wide selection of hot dishes were all available. I also had dinner at the restaurant one evening, and the meal was delicious, with impeccable service.

My family stayed at Minn Kasai on our recent trip to Tokyo. We got two rooms with four beds. The space in each room is enough for three pax with luggages. What we like about Minn Kasai are the following: 1. Close proximity to Kasai train station, Haneda Airport Limousine Bus station, and Disneyland/sea Bus station. 2. It has complete cooking and dining utensils. 3. There are many convenience stores and two 24-hour groceries nearby. 4. Lots of affordable dining options as well. 5. The room is clean and wifi is reliable. 6. Easy online check-in and check-out. 7. Helpful staff. I asked for extra towel and they obliged with no hesitation. I also asked help in turing on the hot water in the bathroom and immediately assisted me. However, the only gripe that I have is that they don't have a room service for guests staying for less than six days. I had to dispose our trash every morning by myself. Plus, it is quite far from the city center, thus you will spend more on transportation when you need to go to the city often. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied. We will stay again at Minn Kasai in the future and we are willing to recommend it to our friends.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The cleanliness and environment were excellent, no complaints there. The only minor point was the room size, but that's to be expected in Japan, so it was perfectly acceptable. A big plus is that the hotel offers services in both Chinese and English. Most importantly, with so many restaurants nearby, it's incredibly convenient for everything – dining, staying, and getting around.
