The room is spacious and clean, the transportation is convenient, the price is very high, it is close to the subway station and the Tojo Line, and you can easily reach major shopping districts such as Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. There are also Family Mart, McDonald's, Starbucks, etc. nearby
In order to find a well priced hotel it was necessary to stay further out from the centre. This hotel was clean. It does not have a reception so you can’t leave bags early but if you will be checking in and able to access your room immediately that that is not an issue. Key card was waiting for us in reception. Room is very cozy indeed (not much space). Bed was a small double so we booked a twin - second bed was on a mezzanine accessed via a ladder. Top bed was firm but comfortable. Main bed was soft. Bathroom was good with powerful shower. Good a/c. Hotel in clean condition (perhaps renovated recently). If staying make sure to know which station to get off at - it is Naka Itabashi. To get to Shibuya takes two trains - first to Itabashi and then another to Shibuya (major interchange with a big bus station there as well). Local restaurants close early but there are convenience stores open till late.
Stayed here for 2 nights. It's a no-staff hotel - you get entry codes by email.
What's good:
• Cool traditional Japanese room with tatami mats
• Had everything needed: towels, fridge, small kitchen
• Easy check-in/out with no human contact
What could be better:
• Very tight space for luggage (we had 3 suitcases)
• Weird shower - have to keep pressing button for water
• Found some hairs on floor and bed
• Walls are thin - hear neighbors talking
Who it's good for:
✓ Solo travelers or couples
✓ Those who don't need hotel services
✓ Want to try traditional Japanese style
Not fancy but works if you need simple, affordable place in Tokyo. Everything functioned as promised.

Close to the station, it looks old, but the facilities are quite good. The front desk is also very impressive, and there are plenty of amenities. The table was quite large and the room felt spacious. The only problem was that the mattress was quite hard. Other than that, it's perfect! thank you very much.
It's worth starting with the fact that this is something like a hostel. The hostel is looked after by two old men, you can't write to them by email, you can only call by phone (Japanese). So you must check in before 10 pm, at 10 pm the caretakers leave their post (and you can only agree with them by phone).
The guests have separate rooms, the sinks/toilet/shower are shared. The toilet is clean, the shower too, but no one really cleans it. There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner inside, the conditioner is good! The sink area is constantly uncleaned, it would be great to leave a rag by the sinks so that the guests could wipe up the splashes themselves.
On the first floor there is a dining area with a microwave and boiling water. The hostel has a strange smell, but you quickly get used to it. Towels are changed every day. The room is very spacious by Japanese standards, the audibility is maximum, you can hear what is happening two floors down (but if you really want to sleep, this will not bother you). The beds are quite soft (for me it was convenient). There is a refrigerator, a table, a mirror, a comfortable chair, a hanger, a USB socket (near the mirror), napkins, that is, in general, you can settle in comfortably.
The advantage of the location is that it is located right next to the Hasune station, this is a relatively quiet residential area. Nearby there are two convenience stores, a supermarket, a drugstore, a ready-made lunch store, Matsuya - everything you need for life. There is an inexpensive cafe at the station, the owner serves delicious coffee, but it is smoky inside. The disadvantage is that Hasune is quite far from the main Tokyo attractions and railway hubs, just to the Yamanote line it takes at least half an hour, and to the Minato, Meguro and other areas - an hour or more. So choose only if your discipline allows you to get up at 7-8 am like a steadfast tin soldier (well, and take into account the time of the last train, from Shinjuku you need to take a train at 23-30 - 45, you won't be able to walk somewhere until the morning, unless you want to spend the night anywhere). If not - it is better for the same money to rent a capsule hotel, but somewhere closer to the center. In general, the place is quiet.
If you’re not a person who knows how to abide by rules then don’t go. It’s quite organised and clean and has sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. Very clean and quiet also. Staff members are very friendly and accommodating. I will go back if I’m in Tokyo area and I highly recommend.
I liked the hotel accommodation. Quiet area next to the river, very nice embankments. A few minutes to the metro station, near the station there are several supermarkets and a sandwich shop. About 15 minutes walk away is a large supermarket. The main attractions and areas are about 25-30 minutes away by metro.
The condition of the apartment is good - freshly renovated, cozy, there is air conditioning. The space is compact, which is typical for Tokyo. A new building, it is quiet, you could not hear the neighbors. There is everything you need for cooking, toiletries. Of the things that were missing - hooks for towels in the bathroom.
Thank you for a great week in Tokyo!

It was good to have a good location near the station. There was a supermarket open late around. There were two rooms with shared parts, and this time we were only by chance, so we were able to use the shared parts freely. There were many towels and there was a washing machine. The unfortunate thing was that IH was placed, but I couldn't use it without code. There are shops around, so it's not inconvenient for meals, and it's okay without it, but I was a little disappointed to expect. However, if you stay overnight and have this facilities, there is no problem at all. Nothing to say!

Outstanding
GGuest UserВсе чисто, аккуратно, метро минут 10 ходьбы, район тихий, спокойно вокруг. Спасибо
SsupercalfIncluding the sofa bed in the living room, there are five rooms, more than enough for the 10 of us. The rooms are clean and tidy.
There's a Lawson across the street, making it convenient for grabbing food. There's also a parking space on the first floor.
The only drawback might be that there's only one bathroom, so the shower queue can be slow if there are a lot of people.
GGuest UserThe room was large enough and even my family (adult 3 person) was able to spend very relaxing and comfortable.
The bed was also fluffy and clean sheets, and the towels were very comfortable.
It was in a residential area, so I was able to rest well in a very quiet environment.
The facilities and equipment were very substantial, and it was enough to live as it was.
Therefore, I made it a high evaluation.
GGuest UserIn general, a very good hotel, there are all facilities(separated san.host, washing machine, mini kitchen with stove, and even a closet!).at the time of arrival the purity is complete, but if you live there for a long time at least the wreath is not enough to wax from the floor dust.separate hell of the drive is to pick up the key from the boxing key.the site gave me one code from it,and in fact it was quite different.so if you don't know Japanese and you don't have a ring to call back the hotel,I don't recommend this hemorrhage
