The stay at Almont Nippori was fanstastic.
The staff were very friendly in explaning the facilities available. The location is good with just 5 minutes walk to the Nippori station, which is just a couple stops away from Ginza, Asakusa and the train to Narita Airport.
You can also store you luggage if you have checked out.
Something miss out is on the refrigerator. Apparently it does not have the frozen compartment. So, our ice cream ended up melted as we are not aware of it. Fortunately, the reception is kind enough to help is store and freeze it while we collected for a while period later.
Overall, a very great stay. Enjoyed a lot and highly recommended.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel breakfast was extensive, offering both Western and Japanese options, and everything was absolutely delicious.

The hotel is currently under renovation for outer decoration & inner lobby .
The room is well renovated , very clean , well furnished with bunk bed (very strong iron bunk bed) with comfy mattress , the space is big enough for 1 28” & 1 26” lugguage .
My daughter love this hotel very much although it is under renovation , not encourage for 2 nights stay because temporary no room service provided .

The house size is good for 5 pax. The location is also good as it can access both JR and Airport line easily. The bed quality is also OK but the curtains of the room are like miniskirts, not able to cover the entire window and it is passing at least 50% of the light. With Sun risen around 5.30am in summer months, it is quick annoying and disturbing of one's sleep.
We sent a message via Trip.com to the owner to ask whether we could check in earlier, but they never responded. Also, the WIFI signal was so weak in the apartment, it only fixed after our complaint to the front desk which wasn't there when we checked in.
The house is beautiful, corresponded to the photos.
3 floors, light, comfortable bedrooms, everywhere there are air conditioners.
It was desirable to return here after a saturated day.
If we are in Tokyo, we will definitely return.
Great value for money and a convenient location — a bit far from the city center, but very close to a subway station. The place is clean, cozy, and the administrator is very responsive and helpful. The only drawback is that there’s no elevator. The administrator kindly offered assistance, but since we had light luggage, it wasn’t a problem.
Very nice accoms! About a 12min walk from nippori station which is fairly close to narita airport by keisei skyliner of 40mins. Location is easily accessible to ueno, tsukiji, shinjuku areas by subway. The rooms were pretty nice with tatami style beds. The counter staff were also the nicest people who were so friendly and welcoming, also providing us a map and tips of what to eat nearby and the shortest way to access the nippori station. Very glad to stay here!

This is my 3rd time staying here. The first time was on the 9th floor, the second time was on the 10th floor, but this time on the 8th floor for 5 nights. The interphone in this room did not work, which made it very difficult when someone would come back later because they had to use their own phone and walk down to open the door. They already informed them and asked them back, but they were very, very quiet and did not care about the customers at all. When checking out, they did not know what to do. We just left the key in the room and closed the door. We wrote a message to tell them, but they were very, very quiet as usual. So I think next time I will try other apartments and not stick to the same place. As for the room itself, it was the same as every time I stayed. There were slippers, toothbrushes, razors, shampoo, shower gel, and towels, everything was complete, nothing was missing.
The service is as good as before. The door is locked with a password, which is very convenient if you don't have time to check in. The front desk and email replies are very efficient^_^ I will still choose this place first next time (the best solution for three people)

Great
Bbzhang1How come this hotel doesn't have a four-diamond rating? I don't know how it was rated. I was seriously misled when I booked the room. There were hairs on the edge of the wash basin, and there were foreign objects in the gap between the upper bunks that could be seen from the lower bunks. The hotel didn't even provide free drinking water, which was the first time I encountered this. I could only buy it at the supermarket. The air-conditioning was only warm on the upper bunk, and the lower bunk was very cold. The room was already crowded for three people. Is this a common phenomenon in Tokyo where every inch of space is valuable and rooms are small?
QQiongqiongbaimaoThe hotel room in Tokyo is small, and there is nothing wrong with it. Nippori is in a good location, and we went there for the convenience of going to Narita Airport. The hotel is less than five minutes' walk from Nippori Station, so you can take the express train from Nippori to Narita, and it will take you to the airport in 40 minutes✈️.
You can get toiletries, coffee, etc. at the hotel front desk. You can also help store your luggage for free before checking in, and there are Chinese-speaking staff.
GGuest UserI stayed for 4 nights and 5 days.
Pros: First of all, it's cheap. It was 50,000 won per night, but that price is actually cheaper than a capsule in the city.
The location is really good. If you have a subway pass, you can easily stop by the accommodation. It's 5 minutes from the subway station.
The photos of the accommodation look a bit like that, but it's actually cleaner than you think. The bathroom is cleaner than my bathroom at home, if you exaggerate a little.
The service is really good and the staff is friendly.
The large public bath is spacious and not many people come in, so it's easy to use.
There are 3 shower rooms on the first floor, but I've never seen 3 of them full.
There's a convenience store and a mart nearby.
Cons: Towels are 150 yen, so you have to pay for them.
You also have to pay for room cleaning. There's nothing else. I really recommend it.
FFai_ccThe location is very close to station and supermarket. The service is nice. It’s a high cost-performance ratio hotel. I suggest it if you don’t care about the small space and normal facilities. Overall is very good!

RRobGI really enjoyed the stay! The location is just perfect, Nanjing Road, The Bund and the old city are very nearby. The room, restrooms and showers were very clean all the time and the service was excellent.
Jing was the best guy at the reception, he even surprised me with a little gift when I checked out, appreciate it a lot :)
Next time when in Shanghai, I’ll definitely stay at Dayin Hostel again!

MMayumiI booked this place for a business trip.
It's a block away from the main road, so it might be hard to find at first...
There's a Lawson nearby, but not many restaurants.
Only showers except for the family room.
In-room mini kitchen, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator.
Few hangers and drying areas.
The lights in the room are dim (only lighting fixtures).
If you leave towels and trash in front of the room, they will collect them and give you new ones.
The nearest station is Mikawashima Station, about a 5-minute walk away.
It's about a 7-minute taxi ride from Nippori Station.
Some of the details aren't very well cleaned, but it's relatively clean.
GGuest User1.Check-in was via tab located at the front counter, just need to follow the instructions and will easily get the door pin code. However we had problems previously as the pin number was locked, probably because we have entered the pin before 3 pm check-in time. So I had to call the hotline provided and explained my problem. Luckily the staff who picked up the phone understand English so he gave us a new number.
2.We got a unit with 2 rooms, just enough for my small family. Beds are comfortable, no heater but air conditioning with heater function.
3.Kitchen is functional and all equipments are present.
4.Washing machine is provided but no dryer, it's okay for us.
5.Shower ventilation fan was way too loud comparing to the one at the toilet,, kids are worried about the noise on their head. Please please fix it urgently at all units.
6.Location is okay, there's a famous Halal restaurant nearby about 8 minutes walk called Halal Sakura an Uzbekistan owned.
7.Supermarkets are along the way to the apartment. Food supplies are easy to get.
8.If you are coming from Uguisudani station, kindly exit at North entrance of the station as it is more convenient than the other side.
9.There's one Don quijote store and a kebab (not sure if halal) near Uguisudani North entrance.
Overall it is a great accommodation with an affordable price. Towels, linens, soap and shampoo are comfortable and sufficient. Thanks for a great management. A slight improvement will make it even better.
